Samurai is one of the best places in Billings. I used to eat Pho 1-2 times a week and worth it each time. Hibachi is solid as well! Calvin is one of the best out there for customer service, his whole staff takes care of ya. From all my friends who've visited Seattle, LA, Vegas, and other cities with high quality Pho, this place has it compared to one of the best in they've ever had anywhere and I believe it!

They have been serving Pho for lunch for the past couple months and I was referred here by Khanthaly so is she says it's good, it must be good. Khanthaly was right the rare beef pho was to die for! The owner visited with me and said how good pho was to treat ailments such as colds as well as hangovers, and I truly believe him. I was suffering from a sinus headache at the time, and the spice healed me! Way to go guys, you nailed it!
Everything about this place is a masterpiece, from start to finish. The food is like a 7 star restaurant (yes it's just that good!), the plum sake is unforgettable (simply to die for!), the show you get from the chef with dinner is unmatched, and the owners/employees are genuinely the best!!! I crave Samurai everyday!!!!!
Awesome food & service.....like always! The food is absolutely delicious & the ambiance of the place makes it a great family restaurant. They have the best sushi in town! Not only are you getting top notch food, but you also get the best service. They are very welcoming & super friendly!

Kalvin's Japanese steak house is the best! Service was friendly and warm the chef Calvin with a K was funny and an entertainer. We will be back to this gem and the best of all its in our neighborhood!!!

It’s one of the best kept secrets in Billings. Their Pho is delicious served homemade fresh and piping hot. Perfect for any time of year but especially on a freezing cold day when you need comfort food to warm you to your toes. Service is delightful, swift and attentive. Give it a try!
We love the Samurai; so good! Cooks are entertaining and put out a lot of food. Would sure like to know their salad dressing recipe. Calvin and all the cooks and staff are so friendly and very accommodating. Try these over the other hibachi steakhouses; you will love it.
Who knew you get such authentic Pho in Billings, MT. I am telling you that it is life changing!! I could eat this everyday and Calvin makes the experience that much better. Thank you Abigail Johnson for bringing me to your hidden little gem of Pho.

One important observation: there is
no baby changing table in the ladies
rest room. My daughter-in-law had to take the baby outside to her pickup to
change the baby's diaper. It would be
great to have that available.

Awesome place yo grab some grub. 4 tables fill and empty pretty quick, but saving your spot ahead of time is recommended, but not needed.
I had the NY Strip and Shrimp plate with fried rice. Very awesome! The additional sauce was spot on and delicious. The steak and shrimp were cooked to perfection. Medium steak, just the way I like it. Tender.
West Billings became a lot more expanded since the last time I was here. It looks awesome just like this place. Definitely recommend hitting this place up for a dinner and a show! Excellent
Stopped in expecting hibachi but was told they only serve pho at lunch. Which is rice noodles with meat added. Never had it before so figured I would try it and am glad I did. It was extremely delicious. Would defiantly recommend. Also the staff was extremely nice and friendly.
We stopped in for lunch and tried Pho for the first time. I loved it!! Don't think I'll ever want ramen noodles again and question how much I like chicken noodle soup now. Haha We will be back!
