Good fresh ingredients. Even though it's a national chain, I would recommend this place. I have had quite a few good meals here; the pork burrito is my favorite. The decor is a little sterile, and the large open room lacks any feeling of comfort. However if you just want to eat some good "fresh mex" that's reasonably priced, this place should fit the bill.
Fresh!. Great for a quick bite and wonderfully fresh! Beats any fast food by a long shot.
Great Place!. Billings needed something like this, a fresh Mexican dining experience! Everything looked so good! Mouth watering! I will eat here probably a few times a week.

Qdoba Mexican Grill, Billings. A few months ago I traveled to a few cities in Minnesota where Chipotle Mexican Grill was launching and was the latest "fast, yet fresh" craze. I remember wishing & hoping that Billings, Montana would have something similar...and lo and behold, Qdoba came to town.
I tried Qdoba last week (a few weeks after launch) and was was pleasantly surprised by the attentive & and speedy service. Mind you, I dined at 10:55 (to beat the "new restaurant in Billings" rush. Regardless, the staff members were polite, prompt and friendly despite the store being only a few weeks old.
I dined on the pulled pork burrito (with black beans) and added a side of chips and guacamole. Everything was de-lish! The pulled pork was amazing. The sauce (a lime-flavored sour-cream) was the perfect complement....the beans & rice (were beans and rice, of course) but a nice & filling addition to my meal. ...and the guacamole that came with the clearly freshly made chips...brilliant! A little like scooping out a fresh avocado with chips...only with a little spice and flavor.
...a few tips...First....this place gets busy (and rightfully so)...so try to visit a few minutes (or an hour or so) during peak meal hours. Second...come hungry. They have an extensive menu including a "pick-two" option. I picked "one"...plus some chips which I shared with a friend...and still had food to spare.
Finally....the prices are fantastic. I bought my meal....a "to-go" kids' meal (for my son's lunch) and a friend's meal for under $20. I am pretty sure I've spent about the same at a local fast-food chain for some happy meals & super-sized adult meals. Only this time, I didn't leave with a guilty...icky-full feeling.
Tasty food with very helpful staff. This location provided us with greet customer service. The food was good and there was plenty to share. They gave us options for everything and even mentioned if it was free or extra money so you wouldn’t find out at the register.
Amazing staff my $300 dollar order for a bday party got declined and wasn't informed until I got to the restaurant. I re ordered online and they had it done in 30 min. Awesome service!!!!

I got a cholula hot and sweet chicken burrito. It was fantastic :) I ordered it to go and it was ready when I picked it up. The only critique I would have is the chips. Some were fine but some were so salty it was drastic.
I am not usually one to leave reviews for chain fast food, but this particular Qdoba actually stood out. Everything was genuinely fresh, the employees were above-and-beyond friendly, and the store and restrooms were spotlessly clean. Good times.
