Used to be the best in town but something has happened. The frappes are never blended anymore. You get a couple drinks of liquid and the rest is just ice. Maybe you need better equipment to blend them. They should give out spoons instead of straws.
Me and my group loved getting coffee here every morning on our missions trip. The staff is so kind and welcoming, specifically Julie, who somehow managed to remember all of our names and have a spirit of joy at 9 in the morning. Not to mention the coffee was AMAZING!
Love love love city brew. I moved out of Montana 15 years ago, and my current home has no City Brew. Every time we go through Billings we have to get granitas and stock up on bags of coffee. The staff at this location were incredibly friendly and fast....despite how insanely busy it was!
I don't often stop & make purchases at the coffee shops because they just seem to expensive to me. But I decided to treat myself & I really enjoyed what I got & most of all the employees were 💯 terrific. Just made my day a little brighter!
Bad start. Girl at the register was absolutely impolite. I said "hi"..no response. It pained her to take our order and not a thank from her. The girl making the drinks was very nice.

I got a huckleberry green tea frappe and I would 100% recommend!! I'm kind of a quiet talker and the waitress was very patient with me. The service was very nice, the resturaunt was clean, and the food is very tasty!!
Always a nice experience here. Good coffee, fair priced and the girl at the register, Shay, is hot as hell!
