Tried 3 or 4 times now hoping for better service and food. Every time we have been missing items and you can't go inside so you would have to wait in drive thru line again which didn't happen after sitting there for 10 minutes before they take your order. Love the biscuits and gravy if done right.
Opening Manager has no business being in any kind of supervisor position. If you can take a complaint and remain professional, you have no business being in that position.
Promoting from within only works when you have people who have common sense and patience to work with customers.
