We just went to Subway today #45822-0, 820 Shiloh crossing at 3:49pm. The employee making sandwiches (black long hair with orange strips, thick black eye makeup, heavier set) was rude, unprofessional and unsanitary! She acted more then putout having to work during a slow time. With every routine request (ie type of bread, cheese, etc.) she felt it necessary to roll her eyes and speak rudely. The worst part was her hair was hanging over our food! Half way through I pointed out her long black hairs had fallen in our sandwich right on the meat! Her response was “my bad”, pulled the hairs out, and served/charged it to us!!!!!!!!!! We did not want that sandwich but she didn’t care and didn’t remake it!!! Never going back!!! I nearly NEVER write reviews, but this was beyond disgusting and inappropriate service! I’m not sure how to contact the manager but hopefully he sees this and takes action!

Always enjoy a good sub. One evening however was a cause for concern. I noticed as the "sandwich artist" washed his hands a tray of cookies had been set, uncovered, right next to the sink. I watched as the cookies were tainted when the spray from the washing fell down upon them. Needless to say, we passed on the cookies that visit.

It's Subway. Consistent. Help was very nice and quick during a helluva lunch rush. Clean bathrooms. Tables setup for social distancing and workers wearing masks. Can't say the same for the local yokel Billings folks. ID10ts.
Go 3 doors down and load up on delicious candy!

This place is filthy, it is noon, no one in sight, had to switch tables 5 times due to filthyness. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!🤢🤮😡🤬

Didn't catch his name, but I don't go out often and this man was very polite and knowledgeable on what is good on the sandwiches. Best service in fast food I've ever had. Shout out to you man. That steak n cheese with Chipotle sauce was delicious!

Horrible experience. Stopped for a quick dinner after a full day. We parked and walked to the stall on the patio to order. We pushed the famous red button and immediately heard, "Please hold" and was happy to wait. After about 5 minutes a man walked to the other stall and pushed the button. Almost immediately he was answered with, "Please hold."
Several minutes later that gentleman was tired of waiting and approached the window to place his order.

I’m giving the rating a 4 as it was friendly staff but I ordered online and I had asked for my 2 subs to be toasted and only one was and they had put some stuff in the wrap that I had got that I didn’t want and didn’t ask for. I had a coupon for a free cookie in purchase of a sub and they didn’t give to me and it stated it so on the receipt but wasn’t there. Next time if there no mess haps I will change rating as I’ve never really had a problem before and I’ve been there a few times and I will continue on doing so.
