I went to this Arby's today. We had two Reuben sandwiches, which we ate in the car because the lobby was closed. The meat in the sandwiches had a lot of fat in it, and wasn't good. The lady at the drive through window did a good job, but she had to wait for the kitchen to make the food, which took a long time. She checked our order before she gave it to us. This used to be my favorite Arbys, and I would hate to see it close because of poor management.

Let me start by saying I am a big fan of Arby's, but not this one. Call me stupid for giving them so many chances but over the last year I've left there empty handed every time I've tried to eat there (3-4 times). The reason was as soon as I pulled up to the drive thru intercom I was told to wait and then was just left hanging, tonight I waited for 10 minutes before driving off, I've waited longer previous times and the last time I went in it was utter chaos, not busy, just chaos, everything falling apart, employees not knowing what to do, I waited 20 minutes that time and still left empty handed. Seems like employees need training and or management is incompetent. Save yourself some time and don't bother with the place.

TOTAL FAIL!!! Why is your lobby closed when every other restaurant on Grand can manage to get the job done??? WE ARE SICK OF EATING IN THE CAR!!!! It shows that management and ownership can't/won't do what it takes to staff the store properly. Shameful.

This Arby's location is my new favorite. I only get their Greek Style Gyros because I find them to be the closest authentic Gyros that Billings has, sad right? This location is very fast even during lunch rush, and my friends and I will be going here more often for Gyros. Overall, 8/10, for speed, taste, and service.

Waited a long time in drive-thru and fries were old and cold. Average sandwiches. Disappointed!

We went through the drive thru a few minutes ago and had to wait a few minutes for the person in front of us while they talked to the manager. We got our food and drove home to find a sandwich and fries were not in our order. There is no way we are going back but how do we get compensated for this mistake?

Place was a joke. Waited on one car at a time they order pay and get food before you order. Don't pull away without checking bag I spend 42.00 there and they charged me for a meal but never got it. I ordered cookies got burnt cookies you could of broke a tooth on. They never gave me any sauces I asked for. I wasn't greeted just rushed thru.

It seems they mess up on my order quite frequently. I spent $30, good money and my food was horrible. I ordered two French dips. I only got one. I got 2 french fries and they were cold. It seems every time i go to arbys at this location, i am short something. Not to mention, there food is 99 per cent cold. I am surprised their ice cream machine was working.
Use to love this place but not any more. It will be a long time before i ever come back, if ever!!!
