the staff, particularly the people answering the drive through, are generally pretty rude/condescending, and they almost never get my order right. maybe one time out of the 6 or so times that i've gone in the last full year have they gotten it correct. any time i order the "bigger plate" (which is 3 entrees and either noodles or rice) they always forget the 3rd entree i order, and still charge me full price. this isn't a problem that i ever had with the heights location when i lived up there, and is just THIS location and staff. if you really want panda express for whatever reason, it's almost worth driving all the way across town to the heights to avoid this particular location.

First time since Covid happened that I've seen most inside tables occupied. Also, pretty much back to normal with plastic cutlery and extra paper napkins available, help yourself. Good to see.
Food good as usual, generous portions, moved through short line promptly.

Two orders in last couple days and both times were missing mushroom chicken. Both days were on receipt. At least this time got fork

No long lines. I had the two entree combo. Hot & tasty excellence. Dining area and bathrooms were clean. Outside was clean. Plenty of parking and well lit. Outside dinning tables. Cost with large coke was $12.00 and change. I am 220 lbs and 6ft tall. I could barely finish. Servings were very generous. I highly, highly recommend this Panda Express.

Horrible experience! Rude staff. Even after clarifying to the person taking my drive through order that I had 1 plate, one bowl and 2 cup meals, my order was not right..when I was told the price I figured that they must have had a price in Reade but when I received my order, there was a big plate added to the ticket. But according to Estrella, it is policy that even when THEY make a mistake, they cannot correct your money owed or refund you what is owed. Super disappointing service. And then the order was not even served right!

Went in to order food and it somehow got lost between where I watched them dish it up and the register. I think they gave it to the people ahead of me but the manager at the register said he didn't and maybe it went to an online order. Either way that is poor service. So I asked them to remake it, but at that point they were out of what I ordered. This was after waiting in line for 15 minutes. The manager was completely apathetic to my complaints. I will not be returning to this location.

Miles was the only front counter person who was helping and had friendly service. All the other employees upfront were rude and not executing orders efficiently. Thanks Miles for doing your job with a smile.

Okay 100% I love Panda it's one of my favorite fast food places and I love coming in and seeing everyone especially the pretty woman that working here on a side note but they're very welcoming and when I come in to do Uber eats they're really quick and precise about the order and getting it to me on time and when I come in for a personal order the quality of the food and the service is just phenomenal so thank you all I look forward to seeing you again
