Review Pizza Hut - Billings

This is the second or third time that this particular Pizza Hut has made me a terrible looking pizza. Some of the slices barely had any cheese on them when I asked and paid extra for Extra cheese. And a couple slices didn't even have any toppings on it when I ordered the whole pizza to have beef topping. I don't if they're in a hurry to make the pizzas but at the very least make sure the pizza is covered with cheese and make sure it has more than one beef meatballs on every slice. I'd love to take my tip back and the extra $2 for the extra cheese I didn't get. And again this isn't the first time this particular Pizza Hut has gypped me. I have a picture of the pizza if you want proof of how poorly my pizza was made. Do better please or get a better cook who takes pride when making the pizza. If the pizza hut on grand Ave was open I would have gone there as they actually made the pizzas almost perfect.

We love to order for delivery. We usually order the boneless wings with honey BBQ and extra side of sauce for me, a side of naked wings and a thin crust pizza for her. I order the extra sauce because I really dislike dry chicken and the amount of sauce put on the regular order is extremely light to almost nonexistent. This review is not done in anger but after numerous attempts to order the wings and paying for the extra sauce just to never have the sauce included with the order. Calling to complain about it doesn't fit it either. I cannot give a satisfactory review in response to this poor service.

I've been eating pizzas for my whole life. Some are great. This one not so much. Just a bland taste. Service was excellent though.

Pizza was delicious, lots of toppings, hot and was the best Pizza Hut pizza I ever had. I ordered online and my bill was X. When I got to the store for pickup the employee said there was a coupon and saved me $10 more! I didn’t even ask. Way to go, this place is awesome!

I called and paid over the phone for pick up. When I asked the lady to add red pepper flakes packets, she said to ask when I get there. I get there and ask for the flakes and the cashier said they were $1 per (tiny) packet... they used to be free. Went to Walmart and got a whole container for $2.60, smh

Normally I do not have an issue with the orders but 11/30/21 my order was not made correctly. I ordered my taco pizza without lettuce and there was lettuce on it. I hate warm lettuce, ruined the taste for me. And I would of liked a spacer between the pizza and the box lid. About 1/2 my pizza was stuck to the top of the box.

After watching football, it was late so we decided on pizza for dinner. And, after seeing the 2 for $5.99 medium special from Pizza Hut, we figured it was a good deal. First, the on-line process for ordering pizza failed to accept the 1st of the two pizzas we wanted (we chose build you own and selected beef and onion, nothing fancy). We could never get past the continue button. We called our local Pizza Hut and after about 5 minutes ended up ordering over the phone for pickup. We were told that there was no more regular crust and could only order thin or deep dish. We chose thin. We ordered our pizzas (unable to get points) and I left to pick up the pizza. After making noise to get someones attention in the back, I was able to pay and get my pizza. I will say that the service waws good and the person was friendly. Got home and opened the box. The order was correct, but the crust was so over-baked that it was breaking away from the pizza. To top it off, there was almost zero sauce and no cheese. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. Why didn’t I complain? It was freezing rain outside, the roads were slick and we were in for the evening. Altogether the worst pizza I’ve had from Pizza Hut.

We went there for my daughter's reveal party the silverware was dirty. Me and my friend had stomach aches right after we ate. For what we spent there should have been way better service. Any other Pizza hut I've been to never had any problems. Just this one.

The pizza is tolerable but the wings are fucking garbage (this location only)...left a review on google. Most disgusting shit I have ever witnessed from a food establishment. Better off picking up a burrito from a gas station that has been cooked and then re-warmed a dozen or so times.

Ordered two pizza and some wings for delivery. Got the order and when I opened the box one of the pizzas looked like it had been dropped. Called and spoke to a manager. Guy was very nice and apologetic and took care of me. I'd recommend this store.

Rude service! And our food was cold. I'm proud of my city but ashamed of this pizza Hut, especially since y'all are close to the hotel complex. Hope y'all get some better customer service.

Filthy!!! Mold on the dish washing unit. Grease and food debris coats kitchen shelving. All horizontal surfaces covered with dust and debris. Pizza oven covered in food debris. Old, damaged and improperly functioning food storage equipment. Use of dirty/improperly cleaned pizza pans is a regular habit. I worked there. I took my complaints to Assistant Management - was ignored. I took my complaints to General Management - was ignored. I took my complaints to Regional Management - was ignored. I filed a complaint with Riverstone Health - Inspector's name was Clint I think, and hopefully he didn't ignore the problem. I would ask to see the kitchen before eating there. If they have nothing to hide, they won't try and hide it.
