Food was great, the waitress was energetic, cheerful, and exceptionally helpful. One of the many reasons I particularly enjoy eating here is that they're very good about working around my food allergies, and still provide food with good flavor in a pleasant (even if sometimes a bit noisy) environment. The only thing I have against this restaurant is that some of their prices are rather steep. Otherwise, I've yet to have a bad experience here.
One of my favorite oriental places to dine. So much different than the typical Chinese restaurant. A step above. Good quality. I Tried one of the new dishes, the Hokkein Street Noodles. Great dish. Not an extensive draft beer selection but I did find a gem, the Rogue IPA was great.
We got seated right away (reservations), had an excellent server even with our crowd of 14 and multiple tickets. Food was perfect. Havent been here in years becuase the wait is always so long, and now I remember why it's always so crowded. We were at the Birmingham location at the Summitt

Hubby & I enjoyed a great meal at the summit today in celebration of his new job. The food was delicious as always, our server was very attentive & sensitive to our needs, & the manager stopped by and had a little chat with us. I absolutely "love" PF Chang's!
Ronnie Shackelford and Brandi Lindsey-Richardson them girlfriends and cocktails was on point. My Chemo went great not claiming none in the name of Jesus. We had Agave Marquita's and then we went to LA Pura for happy hour and had Texas Marquita's nice time.
We're from the Montgomery area. I hate we have to drive to Birmingham any time we want PF Chang's, but I love their food. I honestly haven't had anything yet that I don't enjoy, too bad we only eat there when we drive north
Good food but way to much for 2 people. Plus we got 2 orders of rice that are huge and 1 was enough...Next time we'll share...
