Rushed in to get my favorite cinnamon crunch bagel and I got this poorly cut catastrophe with no liner just thrown in the bag naked which caused it to stick to the napkins in the bag. Now I have to pick paper off my bagel before its edible🙄
I have visited this store several times over the last couple months and am very pleased with the service. There is one lady who must be a manager but doesn’t have a name tag that is exceptionally nice and attentive to my families differences in taste making it easy to order.

We like their food and we’ve going there for quite some time.
Today we got sandwiches and soup and not only they forgot a bag of chips but my sandwich only had enough meat to cover half of the sandwich.
I’ll think twice about going back to this location from now on.

My husband and I just went t Panera at Doug Baker. I wasn’t feeling well and wanted some soup. There was a group of ladies ahead of us. The cashier was talking and giggling with them and they had one register open while another girl was behind the counter in her phone. We didn’t see anyone but kids
employees are extremely rude and impatient. lettuce in the salad tasted old. the bread taste like it had been sitting out it was tough and chewy and just not good. over half the tables and seats were dirty. the tomatoes in the salad were horrible. my sister basically had to play tug of war with her
We love Panera, but unfortunately this location fell short. We didn't hear our name called and had to go ask about our food, which had by then gone cold. The produce on the salad was shriveled and the side apple on one order wouldn't have been suitable for a kids meal.
The chicken cobb salad doesn't disappoint. They are quite big and the ingredients were fresh. 4 stars because wife wasn't happy with the lemonade. She said they tasted rancid and not fresh. But she did enjoy the tuna sandwich.
We always enjoy the food here, but the seating is always an issue. There is only one large table and we usually have 6 or more and typically end up pushing small round tables together to accommodate our group. They need several more larger tables.
