The young man that took my order and delivered my food to the table was incredibly polite and nice. He was taking orders at the front and drive thru at the and time and doing both with a smile. The food was fresh and tasted great. The blizzard had plenty of mix-ins in it.

Daughter’s birthday tonight so we load up and go to our local diary queen for blizzards. To my surprise no turning the cup over before handing it off. Staff was nice but… ordered two of the new stack burgers and if I’m going to pay 7.49+tx I at least want it to taste like it’s supposed to. Little girl at the window had an attitude. Ordered a combo. Took my order without fries. Charged extra for cheese when the combo I ordered was a chili cheese hot dog. Did not provide a spoon for my sundae. Horrible experience. Needs to be total revamped for customer service.

Great food and service. There were only 3 people working, but the wait wasn't too long. Plus, they were very apologetic.

The turtle blizzard was absolutely delicious!! Real thick and lots of pecan pieces 😋

My daughter enjoyed her ice cream and fries. Customer service was great.
