The bathroom was not clean and the toilet was backed up and stinky and flies were around the veggie trays, the person behind the counter was kinda rude. As soon as I saw the flies I was G O N E....Thought things woyld improve after 6 months.. But NO. Went in and no one was attending the counter...after 3 minutes..the person came up...as i noticed she didnt had any type of hair restraint on her hair..which was loose and she leaning all over the meats... I didnt want anything. THIS TIME I WONT BE BACK..# THINK FOOD SAFETY.

IT WAS A GREAT DAY OVERALL UNTIL MAY 22,2019 AT 6:20 PM WHEN I WALKED IN AND I WAS NOT GREETED UNFRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE AS I WAITED TO GET MY SANDWICH MADE THE BIGBONED BLACK YOUNG LADY ( I HATE I DONT KNO HER NAME I APOLOGIZE) BUT SHE DIDNT SAY HOW CAN I HELP YOU SHE STARRED AT ME IN AWAY AS IF I WAS THE EMPLOYEE AND IM JUST A CUSTOMER AS A HARD WORKING INDIVIDUAL IN FOOD SERVICE THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT I WAS SHOCKED TO NOTICE SHE PAT WIPED HER HEAD WITH THE GLOVE SHE HAD ON FIXING THE FIRST LADY SANDWHICH SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND IM DOING THIS REVIEW TO MAKE SURE IT DOESNT HAPPEN TO ANY OTHER CUSTOMER THANK YOU SUBWAY

Not pleased with my family's visit this afternoon at all. We have been patrons of this Subway for many years in which we have utilized coupons here many times before. Today we we're informed that we could not utilized the coupon received via text from Subway. The cashier stated that the owner of this Franchise location and the location in 5 pts West does not accept coupons for Footlongs. After further questions once I started to pay for my order she then stated we do take $1.00 off coupons for Footlongs. I feel that this type of treatment prevents customer loyalty.

I can never get exceptional service here, I've even had a time where the doors were locked proir to close... they looked my way and just shooked their heads ignoring the close time listed... which is 9:30!? I'd recommend Lakeshore (loved my recent visit to Lakeshore (felt like Chick fil A)) or Hwy 79 (always the best) locations... even the sandwiches are skimmy compared to advertisements and other location. The employees need retraining or rehiring. Sad because it's so convenient, but I'd drive further for decent service and better care.
