One of our most favourite Starbucks right in the heart of Birmingham Micighan. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. With them being a reserve location, they do carry some drinks that you wouldn't normally find at other Starbucks locations. Their reserve bar and seating area is so cool! They do have seating both inside and outside. A great spot for a coffee break if you're in Birmingham and in need of caffeine or a sweet treat.

This place is really neat, even though it's pretty busy the staff has a great system and are able to keep drinks moving and people served. I really like the Reserve idea due to the difference in drink offerings.

Shoutout Alex! He was kind and smart and knew the Starbucks product! He also served us our siphon experience which I highly recommend! Other employees wearing Master Barista aprons had no clue what they were doing and we're incredibly rude. There was no place for our party to sit. And I asked if we could have one of the tables that the staff was using. And I was told no. I hope Alex is the manager!!!
