Love the remodel job, looks very nice in there. ABSOLUTELY LOVE the fact that you can actually walk into and eat in the restaurant. Unlike some other fast food joints in the area that you are only able to drive through. Not sure why? It makes ZERO sense, so from now on when my son wants fast food I will be taking him to Wendy's. So sick of businesses using such poor business practices and just expecting customers to just continue to accept lower and lower standards. I am absolutely shocked at how so many businesses now a days operate. Absolutely ZERO chance they would have made it 10-15 years ago running a business that way. It's sad! Sorry, went off on a lil' tangent there...
Only issue I have noticed at this Wendy's, now that we are coming here more often, is that the fries seem to be WAY salty more often than not, and their buns seem to be quite dry. I specifically tried a different kind of bun thinking it was just the one kind of bun that was dry, wrong. Now I wonder if they are just not properly storing their buns and they are all getting icky?

Waited in line tonight for 20 minutes and did move. I got stuck in the drive through but luckily others backed out. I hope the employees maybe do a better job having people pull forward so the others don’t have to wait…

Fries were overcooked in dirty grease and zero salt. I use to work for years in the food industry so I'm one of the most laid back with food opinions but I could tell right away the grease needed to be changed. The burger was ok at best. I only went here because I was in the ER vet half the day and it was the only place open. Wouldn't go back unless I was in the same situation and it was my only option when starving.

Usually a decent place to grab a bite. Food is never really HOT. If they get something wrong on your order don’t expect them to answer the phone so you can tell them. They don’t answer. Had to eat a burger that I didn’t order and quite frankly was kinda gross. I’ll still go back. But……

HORRIBLE service, I ordered online and sat in the parking lot for over 30 min, called the store 5 times with no answer and never got my food. I will never be coming to this Wendy's again.. Hopefully customer care has better service to get my refund back.

This wendys is a joke, the manager is a joke. I called to complain that I got a moldy bun. He basically told me if it was moldy I should see it. I said so I as a customer is supposed to be checking for mold, especially on the bottom of my burger? I order 5 burgers, spent 30.00 they forgot my cookies, and the manager hung up on me. Told me I was putting words into his mouth. This place is a joke. They just better hope I don't get sick, or my kids as a result of the mold, especially since I'm 30 weeks pregnant and have immune compromised kids. You can clearly see this mold, yes I get the sandwich is almost gone but it wasn't until then I noticed and my kids had over half theirs gone by the time I noticed mine. Last time you gained my business. Get some new management because clearly he's unprofessional and doesn't care if his customers get sick, and totally disregards taking responsibility.
