Very sweet staff and cozy restaurant vibes won our hearts. You would have to wait a little at peak hour. The french onion soup was just amazing! Good quality food at very reasonable prices.
Nice restaurant with nice people. I think the lighting can be improved and that would change the whole dining experience. The dining room is way too bright and so was the bar. Felt a bit cold. We had the wings, ribs and crab cakes. Will give the place another try next time.
Incredible local restaurant with the super delicious food! Our waitress Emily was outstanding, great service and good knowledge of the menu. We ordered French onion soup, cheesesteak, classy Caesar salad for us, and chicken fingers from kids menu for our daughter. We loved absolutely everything!!! T
Great service, food was good, portions a little small, ok beer selection, prices about average. Not crowded at all, in the dining area anyway.
Loved it! Was just passing thru and stopped here 11/11/23 after my out of town bday celebration. Fantastic cheeseburger and loved the awesome nachos! Added to my faves!
Comfortable little place just sitting on the side of the road. Ordered the chicken calabrese which had good flavor but the chicken was a little over cooked and dry. The side of linguini with butter garlic was spot on though.
Friendly and clean bar with a great burger and a pint on tap. Menu is also upscale if you desire salmon. Don't miss it.
Woody's Country House truly is a setting like you're in a dining room at home. Food including dessert is excellent. When we were there they weren't very busy at all and there was only one waitress. I believe she bartended and served us and another group. It would have been much better if they had tw
Very very clean, friendly staff, great food!
Great local food. Live only 10 minutes down the road and have been meaning to stop in. So glad we finally did! Food was excellent, pricing was fair, and service was good! Definitely will be back more often.
Stopped in for lunch on our 4 hr drive home. Food was great and our waitress was phenomenal. Only thing that didn't sit well was when I walked in with a group of friends and the end of it, the whole bar area got silent and just stared at me... I just continued to my seat and enjoyed my time with my
The food was good and the bread was made in-house and was fresh out of the oven when it came to the table. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The dining room is small, luckily when we arrived we were the only ones. The only complaint I would have is the parking lot. It was not paved and it was
The food was good overall, took a star off because they charge 4% for using a CC. That's the cost of doing business. Raise the prices by a dollar and get rid of the fee.
Good strip steak, good ribs, fries and potatoes crisp and hot. Yuengling on tap. What more could you ask for a nice Saturday lunch?
Loved it and will be back! The California Burger was excellent as well as the Nachos!
Honestly, bear in mind, this was the first restaurant we visited since moving from Houston. Given that, our waitress, Alex, was very sweet and accommodating. The menu had variety and the restaurant was very clean. The homemade bread was excellent! I had the maple pecan salmon and my husband had the
