Nice Dunkin! Friendly staff and typical setup.
I didn’t catch the name of the woman that helped me in the drive-thru today but I’m assuming she’s the manager. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DELIGHT!! They were out of the donut holes I ordered on the app and when I explained I had a child with a particular request, she accommodated me and went above and beyond. Not only that but she was so sweet about it. People like her excel in customer service roles, thank you for making my day a little brighter ☺️
It's an average DD. This location has really nice service though. I would come here over other DD in the area! Always have great and fresh donuts! The coffee was good( but bitter) as always and I love your muffins!
Food is good coffee is fresh and counter/window staff is great.
Quick service with good options. Frequently, we get the Everything Bagel with Cream Cheese.
Just passing through from NY. America may run on Dunkin, but personally, I do, Lol.... Excellent Customer Service, && yummy iced coffee.
Dunkin Donuts store 338791 in Blakley Pa. There was only one associate running the whole store doing the orders by herself. I think she should be praised by the owner for her fantastic attitude and friendliness. They were out of espresso but she made it with regular coffee and it tasted great. Sending out praise to that associate
I feel they are doing their best with what they have. They are often short staffed and the drive through does take very long. I've never had an issue with the coffee or the food though which is why I'm giving 4 stars.
I am still waiting for my order but I have to give a shout-out to the crew here this morning. I'm visiting the area and have never been here before...there's 2 women working and it's incredibly busy ... They were doing their best under pressure and need to be commended for it! Great job ladies!
