Decent portion . We tried Cuban sandwiches ( turkey) which was good . Also opted for a meal option with roasted chicken . The rice and the beans were blend in taste . The roasted chicken was okay . Good place to sit down and enjoy your email . The servers were polite and welcoming . Good coffee

I had always heard good things about this place , then I read the mixed reviews. I decided to try it anyway. We arrived at 8 pm, the place was empty and they were scheduled to close at 9. Selected our table and was seated. I asked the waitress were the oxtails tender , she spoke in a very low tone and informed me that they were a bit on the firmer side. We ordered empanadas to start. The beef was good, chicken was ok. I proceeded to order sautéed chicken. It was chicken breast pieces, some were dry , but it was very salty. I wanted yellow rice but they were all out. I would try this place again with hopes of a better meal. My friend had garlic shrimp and didn’t finish them. Their sandwiches look good.

This place has potential HOWEVER:
1. When we walked in we weren’t greeted, and there were ~3 staff working and it wasn’t busy
2. The Bistec sandwich I ordered, the meat looked as though it was fried previously and reheated for my sandwich. The meat had a gum texture
3. WE FOUND A HAIR on the sandwich, I will admit they discounted this, nonetheless, the lack of quality and experience with other sandwiches. It was a great
The location of this restaurant is great. They can improve their customer service and plates this place would be much better.
Won’t return, unfortunately.
Hopefully the owner reads this and takes action and improves.

Not sure where those 5 stars came from. Overpriced and definitely not good either. Ordered a beef plate and it was a piece of rubber. Worst quality of meat. The only good thing we had were the tostones.
For the price might as well pick a fancy pretty looking spot.
Will not be going back.

I had their breakfast: 2 eggs, home fries, sausage, 2 pancakes with toast. Wife had oxtails and rice with black beans. Oxtails were very tender and moist.
Staff was very courteous and attentive.
We will be returning

Got the Cubano while waiting for my car across the street. Was as good as any I had when I spent a year in south FL. Cost less than the maintenance at BMW and easier to swallow than the inevitable bad news the service department had for me (my car needs a WHAT?). Washed it down with some hot chocolate at the coffee bar in the service waiting area for that authentic Cuban experience.

I recently went in with my mother to place an order. I got the Ropa Vieja with white rice, black beans and maduros and my mother got oxtails with white rice and maduros. The food was HORRIBLE. The rice was not cooked all the way and some of it was hard. The beans tasted burnt and unseasoned at the same time. The oxtails also tasted unseasoned. There was also a bone in my ropa vieja. The empanadas were okay at best. Aside from the horrible food, the staff was also cold, unwelcoming and actually a bit rude. I will NEVER return to this restaurant because the service was horrible and so was the food.
