The food is good for the soul. Delightful Filipino food. The only thing was the wait and the restaurant only had two servers which made the wait slightly longer than usual. Other than that my tummy was absolutely satisfied ! I love that they have family specials that have a few dishes that can feed 4-5 people at such a great price.
It’s deserved to wait for the food though it’s a bit long like 45mins.
The Chef recommended fried pig elbow and chicken are good, skin crispy, meat are juicy. If it can be a little salty, that will be perfect!
We also like the fried rice.
Halo halo (desert) is very nice to try too!
I’m sooo happy that Max’s Restaurant greatly improved both their services and quality food. You guys should try them soon! Servers were very attentive and food was quickly served in right temperature.
Had the pork sisig and chicken adobo with garlic rice. Very good portions. Beware of their 7pm closing times!
