I went last week ordered a small iced coffee 4 pumps of caramel was charged regular price. Now this week I was charged an additional $1.00 for “extra” swirls and my coffee didn’t even have the “extra” swirls I was charged for; the coffee was still bitter. This place is literally the worst operating dunkin donuts. They will randomly lock the doors without notice, even while allowing walk in on the go orders to be placed. They can never manage to keep popular menu items in stock, maybe order more rather than telling customers they need to be in by 9:30
