Great donuts but why can't anybody make a good cup of coffee? I know it's a personal taste but I can't find anywhere that makes it like I want except out in Avon. Also you supposed to be open until 8 why you closed at 7:25?
They work in their own timing. Waited for bagel with cheese for a min. By the time I got it, my hot coffee was now ice coffee. Speed is lacking and the cashier guy don't have a clue what he's doing. They need new management
Nice staff, very efficient, did kinda skimp on the hot coffee ( didn't fill to the top ) the ice coffee was done exactly how I wanted it!!! The bathroom was also exceptional

The food and coffee were made correct, but it shouldn't take 20 minutes to service 3 vehicles. The wait time, at this location specifically, is long every single time I come here. Friendly and polite staff, but seeing coworkers dancing in the drive through window just makes it look like they're mess
