excellent food, went back the next day and tried something else on the menu which also was excellent.
Moved away 4 years ago and still dream about chili dogs and chocolate cake. Comfort food done right.

It was my first time at a Portillo's. The food was great I had a beef and cheddar croissant. Also ordered was a salad. I was with my mother and my aunt and they loved the salad. A lady named Joy came by to see how everything was and if we needed anything because it was my first time I had questions and she was very very helpful and told me some of the history Portillo's A-Plus having her out on the floor to greet guests... you need many more like her. Joy made our experience an A ++
I love this place they always do my sandwich perfect. Anything I order is always hot and fresh. The staff is extremely nice and respectful managers are always very pleasant greet you with a smile pricing is pocket friendly definitely well worth it to go have breakfast lunch or dinner I definitely recommend this restaurant. The lemon cake is my favorite when they have it in usually it’s summertime. They also have chocolate eclair cake and their chocolate cake are phenomenal.
We went to this location for the first time. Went with some friends after a school play. It was a little bit on the late side when we got there, so the place was practically empty. But I didn't come to make friends, I came to eat so that was just fine by me. I had the big beef and an order of cheese fries. It's my go-to at any Portillo's. Delicious!!
Very efficient drive thru even during busy times. Food is always excellent, though a bit expensive. One of the best run stores in the chain.
We have been going to Portillo's for years and no matter when we go the food quality is always exceptional. This time too the food was delicious.
Their service is very friendly and fast. Few things to be aware:
* They have a lot of indoor dining space.
* There is always a big rush here for drive thru, however inside there are hardly anyone there.
* Inside seating are benches made of wood so sitting on it for a long time is not comfortable.
* All food items are delicious but their hot dog and hamburger are the best. Burgers are very juice.
Overall a great place to eat.

I love Potillo's, so it's hard to say bad things about them... I was missing my late son and wanted to try his favorite Cheeseburger from Portillo's this day. I gave them lots of time as I do know that everything is made fresh, and I know that it takes a little bit of time to grill a large burger, but this was my first time ordering a burger from them. After everyone had ordered and no one was waiting anymore, I finally asked after about 12 minutes, waiting. I guess they forgot about me because there was not a #'d ticket on my bag, so they didn't know what to do with it, if it was complete, or even what the order # was. My burger was not hot, but it was still pretty good. I see why he loved it so much. Ultimately, I was deeply saddened by the fact that they forgot about me (they were unaware of why I ordered it, but it still hurt a little bit more to have been forgotten when my mind was where it was with my late son). I will go back because I know that it was an honest mistake and I do like their food. I do recommend all of Portillo's locations.
Awesome theming, good Portillo's food, just need some help behind the counter on the day we visited. Every other order came out missing something and very slow to receive the orders. Could be due to young staff or lack of staff so tried to be patient, but 15 minute wait for hot dogs and fries seems excessive....
Didn’t get a receipt to do a survey. But I had the best experience tonight. 8:45pm drive thru. Girl taking order was friendly, even told me to have a good night. The guy who gave me my order was awesome! Talkative, happy, friendly. Made my day after a long day at work. Also I get the garden dogs and other locations are usually lukewarm and sometimes cold. Here it was Hot! First time at this location and it was amazing !
We were there in Sunday, there were not so many people, only some table was ordered, but it was busy on thruway. When we ordered we waiting more than 20 minutes for order, probably they forgot, and put my order where thruway, only when I ask they give me. And for me was weird when it said restroom out of order, but it was working.
I ordered a Chili cheese dog and it was delicious! We don't have Portillos in Houston, so I enjoyed this little treat while I was in Chicago. The whole beans in the chili is a nice touch in the texture department. The hotdog has a nice snap to it. Juicy, flavorful, I wish we had one near my house!
Drive through efficent and accurate. Large Rizzo beef hit the spot. Loyalty points gets me a free one next time.
I'm biased because my son works here. They will only give him 7 hrs a week, which kind of sucks, but I digress. It's great food, they treat their employees with respect, and they run a tight ship, but most importantly their 🧀 sauce is THE BEST.
Their drive-thru appears daunting when its busy, but they are really very fast for the quality of food they serve.
Drive thru is efficient. However, it is not unusual to be given lukewarm or cold fries. Seems to happen very often lately. Very disappointing.
Portillo’s is my guilty pleasure on my cheat day 😁get the Italian beef with sweet peppers and shredded cheddar cheese underneath the meat so the pull action is always top notch👍
Stopped in for 2 chopped salads to bring to a luncheon. They were fresh and excellent, as was the service. They have great salads 🥗
This place is AMAZING! First time there and I wish we had these in Atlanta! The food is DELICIOUS 😋
