We love this place! Bloomingdales location is great. Plenty of food, good quality and the drinks are good too. Our wait staff this past Saturday wasn’t the best but it’s the first time we’ve ever experienced the wait staff being under par. Will continue to go!💕
I'm from Massachusetts and I make it a point to come here every trip I make. Such a good place with friendly people and great food!
As always loved it all! Our server Tammy was awesome - great, fast friendly service and the food was out of this world.
Great service, my steak was melt in your mouth Great! My veg. green beans & carrots, overcooked everything else was exceptional!!!
The Bloomindale restaurant was the best experience I've had in years. From the moment of making reservations till the end of being greeted as we walked out fantastic. Great food. Great service all the while smiling from all and great prices for our family and friends of 9 for Easter. Thanks again for taking your day to work Easter Sunday and make our day great you have a great team at your location. .
Visited Jameson Charhouse again on 9/11. Our waiter Felix was good but honestly with every order or every time he came to the table, he just kept saying give me a minute. Finally I told him we're not in that much of a hurry. Yikes! When we ordered our soups he told us that there were three to choose from... Yet on our bill we had a upcharge of $2.95 for the onion soup that my husband ordered that Felix did not tell us about. We asked him about it and he just said no that the onion soup is more after we got our bill. Not the best visit and we've been at this restaurant quite a few times.
Everything was great till the End. So we got there at 4. We ordered our Drinks Nancy our server was nice. We order our food. Appetizer and Food were great. Calamari for appetizers. Nice and crispy. The tortellini soup was a bit salty but good. The warm bread and butter just right. The ranch salad on point. The Black Angus Bone-in New York 18 Oz medium well. A side of the loaded potatoes and vegetables. Best steak I ever had. It was nice and juicy. Perfect on everything. The thing that kind of was mess up was towards the end. you are serving the people and it's to provide a great customer service till the end. Our service was kind of annoyed and made a comment implying she was tired of typing the numbers of the gift cards. "Well how many more gift cards you got?" First of all if they need help because they got tables to serve. It ain't my fault. I will provide all sort of payments. You ask for help if you need to go to your tables. I don't appreciate the attitude and bad service cause I'm a customer from the moment I'm sitting till the moment I leave that place. If you are a server and need help ask someone for help instead of giving a customer attitude. I would've put a five Star but please work on that. All sorts of payments are Valid and you guys need to provide great customer service till the end. Thank you hope my next visit I don't have to deal and no one should have to deal with things like that.
I came here for my brother's birthday dinner. The portions were large and satisfying, all the food was served accurately. There are bread rolls with butter served in the beginning. I had the chicken tenders, bacon and avocado burger, fries, asparagus, french onion soup and chocolate truffle martini as well as key lime pie. Service was prompt. The atmosphere is warm, full but not uncomfortably crowded. Lots of parking.
Actually, we just wanted to stop for a drink. Walked in, went directly to bar where we were met by Peter, ( outstanding bartender). He served us a great glass of wine, (Cabernet). Showed us an appetizer menu & ordered up steak sliders. They were delicious and paired perfectly with that wine we ordered.
Had the filet. The edge seemed dry from being medium rare, but it got better toward the center.
The service was excellent. She was always asking if we needed anything, and we never felt rushed.
This was, definitely, a better experience than the last time. We talked to the manager about this visit versus the last one. He said the old manager was replaced several weeks ago, and he was quite happy that this experience was more enjoyable than the last one.

Outstanding food and fantastic service. We all were very satisfied here and filled up. Drinks are also very good.
Edit: We miss and love John the bomb, bar manager. Quality is still the same and the current or new bar tender is really great. And, we love and enjoy Christine, HUGS TO ALL. BUT!!, NO HAPPY HOUR AT ALL!! TO THE NEW MANAGER: No food or drink specials. NO ONE can eat all of a regular full dinner. That is why we're going there for the happy hour reduced dinner options!!!!!!! I take my honey out to show her off and that way I don't have to cook, I don't want to have leftovers to take home to donate. OLD REVIEW: If I could give a higher rating, especially on the service, it would be a 20! The bar technician / manager "John" is the bomb! He IS where it is at. And, you can't say anything better about him and we look forward to being one of his regular friends / customers! We have been NON Friday outing people. Now we look forward to Friday and will be a regular with our new found place and friend!
Went for a late lunch and Joe was great! Phenomenal service, great food, and so much for the cost. Always impressed! And now they are open for lunch!
First time at Jamesons after 5 years of living real close. Got London Broil filets which were great mixed with gravy sauce. Vegetable greens need to be fresher, wasn't too impressed with them. Mashed potatoes did not disappoint. Would recommend.
This place is beyond perfect… the restaurant and crew are top notch… I order the steak and shrimps and this was the best food I’ve ever had and I go to restaurants ALL THE TIME. Service was quick and the food arrived quick and hot to the table. I’m going to miss this place when I get back home. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
