I absolutely love their Iced Mochas! The coffee is delicious and I enjoy mostly everything they have to offer.
I feel that Gloria Jean's could be more successful if they were not located inside Stratford Mall. The mall itself is falling apart and Gloria Jean's does not have the potential to thrive
