Yumz - Bloomington - Photo album

I enjoyed the onion soup here! The Philadelphia roll and Alaska roll sushi were ok, but nothing fancy. Maybe it would have been better to have been seated to enjoy, but unfortunately, dining in is only Friday, Saturday, and Sunday .
Good sushi tucked away in Bloomington strip center. Friendly and quick service. Nice selection of sushi with reasonable prices. When you order water to drink they bring bottled water and charge $2. Try the Fireman’s roll, it comes out on fire.
Very good place for sushi lovers. I come here almost every time when I am in the city. High quality ingredients. Thin rice layer and decent amount of stuffing. Fair prices. Coco Mango roll is just mind blowing! Neat quiet place. Most of the orders are for to go. P.S. I wish they had at least one ho
This restaurant is absolutely phenomenal, I have never been here before but wanted to try. I am so glad I did! I ordered the shrimp asparagus roll and the super volcano roll to start. For my entree, I had the shrimp pad Thai and it was the best pad Thai I have ever had. Would recommend this little s
1st time here. Nice atmosphere and wonderful food. The bento box was delicious.
Excellent! Great service, pleasant surroundings, top quality ingredients and delicious flavors. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Yumz! Highly recommended!
Fantastic all around. Great sushi. The tempura cheese balls are AMAZING. attentive service as well. Highly recommend.
The ingredients that they use are very high quality, but the sushi rolls aren't very well constructed and kept falling apart. It is also very expensive on the weekends. The staff was very nice when we were there. The restaurant itself looks pretty nice, but it's usually not open to dine in.
Small restaurant only dine in friday-sunday. Really good sushi!! Loved it.
I've been able to eat the food from here a few times and I've enjoyed it every time. I love their teriyaki chicken and the onion soup is so good. Warms me right up and settles my stomach. I just don't understand what's going on that makes them closed so often. I can't tell when they're closed unles
Yumz is one of our favorite places to eat. High quality food. Sushi, Japanese, Chinese, fusion. Casual. Good for carry out or dine in.
I am not a very experienced sushi eater but was in the mood for some thing out of the ordinary. Before heading to the restaurant I reviewed the menu. It was easy to navigate and the ingredients really helped me determine what I wanted to order. I was in the door right at 11. There was a sign about t
The sushi and the sashimi at Yumz is to die for!!!! My fiancé and I had been on a sushi hiatis since we felt no place in BLoomington/Normal could serve us the quality of sushi we craved. Not anymore!! SO SO SO GOOD!
I wish I’d have taken pics of the beautiful sushi rolls……what works of art! And, they taste as good as they look. Certainly one of our favorite restaurants. The Yumz Roll is a must try!
Thickest rolls in town. Bring a knife and fork or be ready to unhinge your jaw like a snake. Excellent place for sushi.
Ordered food from here as a birthday treat for my daughter turning 11. I had a once California resident eating with us, who had sushi frequently when living there. Excellent food, all 3 of us ate without talking much we enjoyed it so much! I ordered a sushi dish with mango, crab meat, and avocado. T
Good sushi. Lots of different rolls. Typical rolls that you'd find around here. Small place with a counter that's maybe a little too high.
