Friendly, comfortable, not pretentious. Fun menu and really, really good food and cocktails. The burger was amazing and cooked perfectly to order. The Espresso Martini (see pic) had floral tones that brought it to next level delish. Highly recommend. Handicap accessible parking and entrance. Prices

C3 has good food but it is not inexpensive relative to other Bloomington locations with similar caliber fare and atmosphere.
Personally a fan of sitting out doors here and unlike places near campus this is quiet with minimal foot traffic.
