Good food and very friendly staff. So impressed to see a business with management actually smart enough to add extra employees and hours when Ohio State Football comes to town. Can't count how many times we've gone to games where they have no clue there could be a big crowd, and actually close early because they can't handle the crowd, or stay open, and prove they can't handle the crowd. This place is on the ball!
My daughter has an egg allergy. We went there for breakfast and she wanted a bagel and hashbrowns. I told them she had an egg allergy. The order was marked Red Flag - Please change Gloves. The Cashier Sam even made sure the people preparing the food seen the note on the order stating it was "very important". The food was brought to me in a separate bag from my food as well. It is wonderful to know that they paid so much attention to this. Thank you!!!!
The food and service are great, as usual for Chick-Fil-a, but this location made drive-thru service an art! They have it perfected! Great job, team!
Great friendly staff, excellent food! We stop in almost everytime we are in Bloomington. We have even rearranged scheduled to make it for breakfast!

My daughter and I normally end up here once a week, especially after swim lessons. She loves the food and the activities hosted there for kids are really fun. Thanks to the entire crew, we always have a great meal and a great time!
Stopped in for lunch today (Feb 5th 2016). The food is all ways great. Staff is very friendly! While I was in there today I noticed they had some paper cow hats for the kids. I spoke to a gentleman (I didnt catch his name) about seeing if I could get some hats for the kids on the special needs bus I monitor on. Not only did he give me hats for the kids, he gave me little stuff cows for them. Thank you so much! The kids will love them!! Pictures will follow soon!

Top of the line. It’s incredible what a little bit of attention to detail can do to just show excellent service. Quality of food is always good, management seems to know how to keep their employees motivated, establishment is always clean. There’s a reason why this particular restaurant chain has high marks all across the board throughout the country.
Maybe the Taco Bell across the street can take some notes.
Chik fil a is amazing. Their service is phenomenal. They are the place you compare other customers experiences to. They have set the bar at a level that other eating establishments can only hope to achieve. The food is great, the staff is friendly and kind, the restaurant is clean, and can we talk about how efficient they are? So so good!!
It has been a while since I visited the inside of this Chick-fil-A but I always enjoyed how friendly the people there were. Now that they have moved their operations mostly to the drive-through side, I have been very impressed with how efficient and well-organized the service is. Even though the line of cars looks dauting, everything is processed very quickly and we have been able to get our correct order in little time in every visit.
I haven't been to this place before, I usually get intimated by the many long lines. The lines do go fast I was surprised to see. I happen to go on a slow day and got served by many smiling faces. The chicken was amazing and my daughter and I both liked that they have waffle fries! The lemonade was on point and I'm looking forward to my next visit.
THE BEST service in town, hands down will always be going to this Chick-fil-A location. They are dedicated to making sure the line never stops moving, while still taking the time and care to properly prepare each meal as if they were making food fit for a king.
Always get my food fast and it is always hot. The employees are great and make sure we are happy. Delicious chicken and great service! Couldn't ask for more.
