Harvest on Main was a wonderful experience for all 4 of us. We arrived 20 minutes prior to our reservation, and we were seated quickly. Staff members visited our table and explained drink options and appetizers. We started with the Barrel- aged cocktail flight. It was fun to try all of those drinks but the Manhattan was the best. We had the Brussels and are some of the best I've ever had. Our server, whose name we cannot remember after the flight, was amazing... she was knowledge, attentive and so kind. She knew the menu very well and advised us well. The pork chop was incredible... fork tender and such a delicious flavor. The Red Grouper over the Lobster Risotto 🦞 was to die for and cooked perfectly. My Mahi over rice was fresh and delicious 😋 Highly recommend this restaurant to be on your agenda when visiting Blue Ridge... you must make reservations in advance!

First, note to anyone wanting to dine here: make a reservation. We had one so no issue for us, but we were seated fairly close to the door and heard the hostess turn people away consistently from the minute it was open because they were completely booked. No special occasion, just a Saturday. Now then, the important bits. Food and service. The waitress was absolutely lovely. Food took quite a long time to arrive but they comped our dessert for that, and we didn't even say anything about it to complain (it was obvious they were busy). The food was excellent. Homemade crusty bread basket (yum) and we got the Blue Ridge Sampler appetizer. The cheesy flatbread was SO GOOD. DH had shrimp and grits (very good - I tasted the grits and concur... I don't even like grits but they were really good), Mom got the duck confit with butternut squash ravioli (duck was slightly underseasoned but a little salt and it was good, ravioli was homemade and super good IMO). I had the harvest salad and added shrimp. Very fresh and tasty. Dessert for me was the special, which happened to be a superb citrus cheesecake. Mom and my husband had apple cobbler, which was comforting and very good. Overall would definitely recommend trying this place, just plan ahead and don't try dropping in spur of the moment.

A nice little restaurant that strives to be fine dining but just misses the mark. But if you're visiting Blue Ridge you're likely not here for the dining. Nonetheless, if you do like finer dining the food is good, service is good, staff friendly and, if you just enjoy the evening, you'll have a nice dining experience. Reservation the best way to go.

You will not expect the quality of the food they have here. Amazing flavors and selection of rye whiskey and bourbon. I think our bartenders name was Jason (downstairs) He is very knowledgeable with the menu and the drinks. Make sure to have a reservation. Kudos to chef!!

Harvest was a great experience once we got in. Waited close to an hour. It's the ambiance loved the most. Food I had was really flavorful. We ate lunch, my friends had a split decision but as for me, super salad! We stayed and chatted in the cozy atmosphere. Got to see the meat pulled from the smoker, OMG!!! The aroma was fantastic. We wanted to stay and eat another meal.

Known for "farm to table" American food, our party four had a nice table near the fireplace in the front dining room. Addison, the manager, came over, promptly greeted us and welcomed us in. Adam was our server and he was definitely on point with the suggestions for drinks and dinner. Some of what we had included clams, the Smoked Salmon & Trout Spread, Wild Caught Gulf Shrimp & Logan Turnpike Grits, Locally Farmed Rainbow Trout and the Scottish Salmon accompanied by craft cocktails. Ask for Adam because he was a great server, has a great personality and it shows that he enjoys his job here!

Harvest on Main was a great experience. I arrived in town pretty late in the evening. I called and they were able to get a reservation within 20 minutes for me. I sat downstairs and was promptly serviced by the bartender Cory. He was really nice and helpful, explaining his favorites and the local offerings. I chose the rainbow trout. I was concerned that portion size would be an issue but it was huge! The appearance of my meal was pleasant and smelled wonderful. I found the trout to be cooked perfectly, it was a bit flaky, moist, and very flavorful. It was topped with pickled onions in the bread and butter style of flavors. The lima bean stew was wonderful as well. However, I really don't think the two components complemented each other. They were very good individually but not mixed. Also the stew was more like a soup - on the more liquid side then a hearty thick stew. Still delicious. I would definitely return to try other offerings. ***Note: If you walk along main street, the entrance at the bottom is the bar and not the main entrance. I am not able to walk up stairs so just FYI. You would need to park up top to avoid stairs***

Amazing food, service & experience. My husband & I took one of our clients & Matt made it even a bette experience. We all LOVED the sirloin steak and the soup was just as delicious. This has not been our first visit and it will not be our last. We were introduced by Iraima & George from Smokey Bear Cigars, who also have the best Cigars & the best cigar lounge in Blue Ridge & we are truly grateful that they took us for a few dinners because now we have become regulars. Highly recommended & Matt is just as Amazing!
