Fast Food is dead. Once we got our food it was tasty and fresh, but the wait time was over 15 minutes. To be fair, they were experiencing a staff shortage that day. This was the second time I've experienced a long wait at this particular location.
This location is very understaffed so don't expect fast service. The food is what you'd expect from any fast food restaurant. They also think it's a good idea to let everyone know their religious beliefs. I want a burger not a sermon, try focusing on your food & ticket times.
I keep saying I'll never come back. This is where my son wanted to eat for a special lunch. Service was so slow, Workers were not friendly and food was terrible.
UPDATE: I am now dropping this review down to one star because of how I was treated by the staff this morning, 2/25/22. The lady working the window was very, very rude to me. There was a skeleton crew tonight and we were still in and out within five minutes. The order was correct and they were very polite.
The staff here are not friendly. Short staffed or not you can still be friendly. Doesn't cost anything to at least smile and say have a good day.
