Review Taco Bell - Blue Ridge

Edited after another attempt. The edit takes it from 3 stars to 1. We stopped by May 31st around 8:45pm. We got the twelve pack of soft shell beef tacos. We got home and after we all ate a few bites someone found this ant in their taco. We do not have red ants here. We do not have ants period. This is completely nasty and upsetting. I will never again be giving this place any business. I will be showing this picture and telling everyone I know not to eat there. Bugs in food.... no excuse. None. This place seems to go through alot of new employees. I feel if they were able to keep some longer things would be better and faster. Whoever was running the speaker box wasn't very nice and was trying to rush through everything. I get being in a hurry but don't let that make you seem rude to your customers. Other then that good was okay. I asked for extra meat and extra cheese on my nachos and didn't get that. They made sure I paid for it though. My mom has a dairy allergy and they still put cheese on her tacos. Even though I told them there was an allergy. So be safe if you have any kind of allergy to foods.

This location as good service and good food 90% of the time. I visit frequently and only on occasion do they have slow service or get my order wrong. This is a good place to visit!

good job getting the order right. however the guy taking orders last night you need to be more helpful. you see people struggling with ordering drinks because yall are out of half your drink selection. why not tell us what you do have to drink. Also management by you neglecting to post any type of signs on the menu or speaker you failed your team. so don't get onto this young man unless your willing to take most the blame yourself. as far as taste and quality yall are not the worst taco bell I've been to. I was very reluctant to go last night but our job ran late and you were one of the only choices still open. id come back though honestly yall hold more stars than a couple restaurants around here. my one major complaint is that all my food was still hot and fresh besides my chalupas. they were cold and seemed like it was a mistake from a past order. also I didn't order chicken chalupas so i was definitely upset about the entire meal. when my soft taco is better and more satisfying than the main part of the meal there's a problem. I will try this establishment again. however I definitely feel I am owed a meal that is completely fresh . fix a couple things and ill be happy to give an updated review the next time I come in.

Sad this is how they are serving crunch wrap supremes. Not even closed. Ordered 2 and both of them were falling apart. Live taco bell and this is the only one around. Won't be returning. I went in and asked for another to made which they did but it wasn't much better and as the picture shows I couldn't even finish the bottom which usually has more meat because it's pushed down while you eat but it had none. Super disappointed. If my son wasn't hungry I would of taken it all back in and asked for a refund.

Congratulations on your 99 A Grade on your Food Service Inspection. Food was prepared well and the staff were friendly. Older dining area but was clean.

Long wait in Drive thru, but food was fresh, order was correct and employees were nice!

Good got our food quick and it was good good service as well but incredibly sticky tables!

It Taco Bell. I'm sorry I lived in Texas for a minute and tasted real Mexican and the different tastes from the different cultures in Central America. I'll never be the same. But The Bell takes care of the munchies like always. Got to love it huh !?!
