We were looking for a new place to try for our wedding anniversary tonight and picked this place on a complete whim. All the places we initially picked had hour long wait for seats and we were dumb for not making reservations. They were super welcoming from the moment we walked in. I told the hostess, who I think is also the owner, I read a review from someone saying they had best seats by sitting at the bar so as to watch the chef and his staff in action so she sat us there. Our server, Daniel, was super friendly and attentive. We started with tomato mozzarella salad, which was delicious. My husband had halibut with grits with chorizo and hollandaise sauce, which he very much enjoyed. I had an 8 oz filet I didn’t even need a knife to cut. Mashed potatoes, crispy onion and incredible, thick and crunchy asparagus. I thought it couldn’t get any better, but then we shared bread pudding bananas foster. Oh. My. God. That’s all I need to say. I cannot wait to take visiting family there!

Best prime rib of my life. If you don't try the she crab soup then you're making the mistake of a lifetime. Extremely friendly family that takes pride in what they do. Highly reccommend.

The prime rib was good, as was the bread. The overall experience was good. It is an interesting little restaurant tucked away inside of a strip mall. It is a mildly upscale dining establishment for those looking to dine at a nice place on a relatively inexpensive budget.

This is the best restaurant in Bluffton. Sit at the bar for an extra experience...watching the chefs do their thing! Every single menu item is fresh and delicious. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Everyone who dines here feels special...it’s just that kind of place.

On a scale of 1 to 10 absolutely a 10 are steak dinners were awesome what an awesome time we had here we got here late the restaurant was closing halfway through our meal my wife and I were the only 2 left at a table and they continue to accommodate us with smiles for a good amount of time after they had closed...thanks sigler's very much appreciated.

Dined during early bird hour. Had the prime rib and it was delicious. Large cut. Wide had the braised pork and loved it. Plenty of leftovers.

I love this place. Took me 16 years to try it and I wish I had sooner. Fine dining like it should be. Presentation is wonderful. Open kitchen is professional unlike some others in town where you hear the chef screaming. Food is delicious and well seasoned. Staff is friendly. Short ribs and prime rib excellent. Deserts are delicious.

Always good no matter what you order. Tonight it was short ribs for my wife, rack of lamb for my sister-in-law and seafood pasta for me. Each perfectly made and delicious. The mushroom soup was terrific and the fried green tomatoes got raves from the women. Darrell has become our regular waiter and with good reason. Hes patient with special orders and knows the menu like he's the chef. Well worth the price and your time.

I have wanted to try Sigler's for a good while and finally convinced my skeptical wife to give it a try. Wow! The food was delicious. My wife had the rack of lamb and I had the stuffed flounder. Both were beyond our expectations and we enjoy lamb regularly. Service was professional and the atmosphere was light and comfortable. The shared dessert of bananas foster bread pudding was over the top both in presentation and taste! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back to try other dishes!
