This was a great small BBQ restaurant a few minutes off the beaten path. The lunch special was a great price, $12 for a bbq sandwich, 2 sides and drink. My husband got the trainwreck (3 meats) sandwich and I got pulled pork. All was great, brisket was soft and delicious. While there, it seemed a few locals stopped in for bites to eat or taken to go. That is just another sign it’s a good place!

We always buy the moist brisket and regular brisket. Wish it had more flavor rubbed in, but otherwise pretty darn good meat. I would give 5 stars to their sweet potato casserole. Each time we visit, always have to buy a tub of that awesomeness! Closed on Mondays. Worth the trip for us.

Great place!! If you want some great bbq this is the place you go to. Owner is super friendly and the food is delicious. I wish this place was by me. I will need to come back to HH just for this BBQ!! Also the prices are so reasonable for the quality of food you receive!

My ribs were very small for the price to be 17.56 but they were very tasteful. The sweet potatoes casserole wasn’t sweet at all . Moreover to the Mac & Cheese didn’t have flavor but when I added my seasons it became awesome . A can soda was pricey but overall a 4 star because of the portion size & flavor. Environment was great & food was quick

We had a party for 50 people and purchased 2 pans each of pulled pork and brisket plus 1 pan each of sweet potato, Mac n cheese and beans. Everything was fantastic and we had almost exactly the right amount of food with minimal leftovers. Fantastic effort, simple, great food and service.

We got their sample platter which was a half pound of brisket, pulled pork, and chicken. Flavors were great, but definitely didn't get a 1/2 pound of the brisket. Really liked the sauces as well. We tried a variety of sides, the fries, beans, their stew, sweet potatoes, and mac and cheese. The mac was definitely lacking but everything else was excellent. Really friendly and fast service.

I saw a review where the reviewer stated he preferred Bullies over Choo Choo's. I believe he is a little tetched in the head. Choo Choo's meats are FAR superior to pretty much any other. I've eaten a lot of BBQ in many different cities and couldn't wait to get back to Bluffton.

Atmosphere is great. Smell and look makes your mouth water for BBQ. Everything we ordered from the brisket to the chicken wings to the pulled chicken got an A+ rating from our party. The sides were good as well. Definitely worth the stop. Will make this a yearly vacation lunch spot.

Stopped in after watching the local fire department leaving. It was worth the stop. Lunch special is a good deal. Brisket and train wreck sandwiches are good. Friendly staff and a few spots in the shade to eat outside .

Plenty of parking. The place is small but the food has big flavor. I got the half rack of ribs and they were Incredibly tender. As a group we shared the chicken wings. These were also good. The restaurant leaves different sauces on the table for you to try You order at a small window in the restaurant, but the staff brings your meal out to you. When I come back to Blufton, I’ll be back.

Wow! Great bbq. This place was fantastic. We got pulled pork sandwiches with fries, mac and cheese, and green beans. We tried the hot bbq sauce, medium bbq and vinegar sauce. All were packed full of flavor. There are a few picnic benches outside with tons of shade. Would definitely come here again!wish we had a place like this by us!

A must-stop place for Southern BBQ lovers! The smoked meat is amazing! We loved the brisket and the train wreck sandwiches (if you come between 1-4pm, they have a lunch special -- a HUGE sandwich, drink, and two sides for $10). The sweet potato casserole and coleslaw are our favorites.

Ribs were spot on! Meaty and Judy with great smoked flavor. The baked beans were awesome! Reasonable prices for the amount of food you get. Owner was friendly and offered up some suggestions on what sauce goes with what.

Very good local spot for BBQ. Staff was friendly and the food was on the table in no time. Pulled chicken, pork, brisket and slabs of ribs were moist and tasty. No sauce is applied before it hits the table, that's up to you. The mild BBQ and the Carolina sauce were very good. Glad we found it.

What a find, tucked away but worth the drive. Very friendly staff, clean restaurant and excellent food. I came for the brisket and enjoyed how moist it was, will definitely be back!
