Highly recommend. They make some of the best tasting NY Style Pizza in the area. My husband and I, after having tried several places around the area, came across this place and found they have some of the best tasting pizza we've had! And Yes, they do make PIZZA. I am originally from Brooklyn NY, and the pizza at Mi Territa's in Okatie reminds me of that New York Style Pizza that I grew up with. We've dined-in there & also had it for takeout. Excellent each time! We get the large Italian sausage and Pepperoni pizza with onions and mushrooms on ours. If you like a good NY Style Pizza, like they baked it in Brooklyn, then you should give them a try. You won't be disappointed. I also recommend trying their grilled chicken fajita Taco bowl salad!! It is also very good and the portion size is very good too. Each time we've visited this establishment, both the food and the service was very good.

Have been here a few times when I'm in the area for lunch. Great family owned restaurant. Place is usually very clean. Food is really good. The enchiladas are some of the best. Service was very friendly and good. The drinks were good as well. Has a nice size bar area as well. Definitely recommend

Mexican food is awesome - once we got seated amongst the mess of checking in with pizza take out also being up front. It went good. Small restaurant, service was good and prices reasonable. Fried ice cream is small but ok and priced right.

Unique little find with phenomenal food!!!! We happened to be in Bluffton just for the day. We were completely new to the area and were looking for somewhere to have a casual dinner before heading home. Somehow we lucked up on little gem! Maybe it was the sparkling lights all around the outside of the building that caught my eye. It was just warm and inviting looking on a cold rainy evening. Place was rather crowded looking.... people waiting in line at the door. However, we were greeted and seated immediately. It seemed as if every table was taken, yet our server Martin was quick to take our drink and appetizer order. We started off with a round of cocktails, fried mozzarella sticks, queso dip, jalapeño poppers and chips and salsa. There was not a morsel left!!! We even asked for more queso and salsa! Amazing!!! We thought it was rather unique that this place was a combination of Mexican AND Italian. I mean, they had all our faves in one place! Next we ordered a large cheese pizza for my son and I to share, a cheese quesadilla and a shrimp Chimichanga. I have to say... everyone agreed that this had to be some of the absolute best pizza we had ever eaten! The crust was beyond outstanding! It was super soft ... and almost melted in your mouth... yum!!! My husband said that the Chimichanga was unbelievable! The cheese sauce was simple scrumptious! There was not one thing we ordered that was not out of this world amazing! We will definitely be making another trip soon, just to eat here!!!!

Our food was great. Ordering was a chore. At bar, 1:30. Got drinks fast then ignored. A table busser asked if we wanted chips and salsa after our drinks were almost gone and we were happy to get them. Much later we were able to order. Food was excellent. I normally cut slack due to staffing, and actually overheard this conversation, but others got food and left while we sat. 🤷 Maybe they thought we weren't ready? I don't know.

Where to start? I probably should have given 3 or 4 stars because the day I went they had a note that said "Due to market value we will not be serving avocado or guacamole. Sorry for any inconvenience. " At this point I was severely bummed, but I went forward and this is where everything changed. I ordered the seafood chimichanga and all I can say is wow. This was the best chimichanga I have had in a long time. A friend had the tacos and they reminded me of the taco truck taco's. Can't comment on their guacamole, but their main dishes are sensational. Definitely worth a visit and my recommendation is listed above. I will visit again the next time I am in town.

Really enjoyed my meal here. Got the chicken fajitas. They were excellent. Many others dining around me had the same. Great times here with friends. Food is good and I will be returning again soon.
