I work in Bluffton so we decided to try out Fancy Sushi after work. We started with a complimentary appetizer which I believe was fried Kani. Delicious! My wife got the Vegetable Tempora which came with a salad. She enjoyed it.

The sushi is always fresh and beautifully prepared. Service is always attentive and not rushed. We love to go here before a movie and always check for the fresh sea urchin that comes in during season.
