The food was good as usual. This location is always slammed busy, no matter when you go there. So the atmosphere is normally a bit chaotic. But the staff is always friendly, and the place stays mostly clean, which is much appreciated.
The service and food is always good at Chick-fil-A. It is consistent across the board. The only thing is the tight quarters for such a busy restaurant which is also consistent. They do however keep the flow moving which is great.
I tried the new Honey Pepper Pimento Grilled Chicken Sandwich on a gluten free bun. I liked it. It had a good balance of mild sweet with mild spicy.
I went at 3:50pm on a Friday afternoon. I placed my order inside the cafe. It was the only person in line. There were just a few diners inside. I waited no longer than 5 minutes to receive my order. The lobby was very clean.
There were at least 10 cars in the drive-thru. The line appeared to be moving pretty quickly.
The Chick-fil-A in Hilton Head has by far the best chicken wrap I've ever received from any Chick-fil-A location ever! It was packed so full of chicken, more chicken than I've ever had in a cool wrap. Very tasty and very impressed. I'll definitely go back to this location when I'm back in town!
Aa always Chick-fil-A goes above and beyond to help their customers. More businesses could learn a lot from them. Staff is always pleasant, smiling, and courteous. I don't do fast food, except for Chick-fil-A. I give them A+++

Clean, great food and child friendly! This Chick-fil-a is a major win for anyone traveling to the area, especially with kids. The food is as high quality and delicious as you'd expect from any Chick-fil-A, the service is great and the cleanliness plus user-friendly atmosphere is terrific.
The service was extremely fast, even though it was rather busy when we went. They were also extra accommodating with hand sanitizers and a plastic disposable placemat sitting in every high chair!
The play place is much better than the majority of others we've been to and we visit Chick-fil-a rather frequently. It's not just the size of the play place, but the way they used the space was very smart, allowing for many more various activities in a space the size of most play places we've seen. We have three kids and each had a place to play separate from each other if they wanted.
They have hand sanitizer wipes everywhere for you and the kids as well as automated trash cans (which the kids love)! The ambiance is nice and looks recently renovated, even if it's not. The bathrooms are clean, the tables and seating are clean, and the food serving area is clean and modern.
Overall, this is an amazing place for the family or any travelers visiting the Hilton Head area. We will definitely be back!
Great service but they always light on fries plus they wasn’t hot. I ordered a large fry but this is what I got. People work hard for their money and we got to do better
As with most chick-fil-a locations, this one was super clean, quick, friendly, and the food was perfect! We always choose CFA over other restaurants because it never disappoints. This location is great.
I was my pleasure to eat at the restaurant. Nice staff. Food is always good and drive thru rocks! These folks can keep the line moving and have orders correct both inside and out.
