Stumbled on this little hidden gem, it was so clean and the young ladies that were working there were so knowledgeable about all of the ice cream they showed us how to make waffle cones. I'll definitely be stopping back by there to get some salted caramel crunch. My grandson love the strawberry ice cream.
My son and I enjoyed a mommy and son day @ Ben & Jerry's. Our experience was pleasurable!! We were both greeted by the owner himself. He thanked us for patronizing his business. He made us feel special. Let's just say..he added the cherry on top of our experience.😉 The ice cream sundae was super delicious!!😋My son is now geared to return for his birthday. I would definitely recommend this ice cream shop. You won't be disappointed!!

Yummy! Enough said. Tons of flavors and lots of topping options. Fresh ice cream as well as packaged options for you to take home with you. Staff is very friendly and stay very busy.

They make a dairy free (coconut milk) coconut ice cream which is delicious. There are so many flavors to choose from.
The lines here are always long. J guess thats really my only gripe. The Ice cream is awesome, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect. Nested in the center of old town Bluffton, this place is a real treat. Wish it would stag open later though.....
Get the brownie sundae and choose your flavor of ice cream. It’s highly addictive & so so good. Never disappoints. Location & atmosphere are ideal plus delicious Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, what more could you need?! This is my guilty pleasure spot & I won’t drive past without stopping every single time. Love it!

Jeff was super helpful and easy to work with for our wedding. All we had to do was pick the flavors we wanted and Jeff took care of the rest. Set up, service, and tear down were seamless - we didn't have to worry about a thing. Guests loved having ice cream instead of cake at the wedding.
We throughly enjoyed our ice cream at Ben&Jerry's. The location is great, right in the heart of downtown Bluffton, great place to take a walk to walk off the ice cream. The service was great, a very nice young man helped us. The shop was clean and there were several places to sit outside and inside the shop. The ice cream flavors we had were really good, smooth, creamy, and perfectly sugary. Great place to get some ice cream for kids and adults.

Locally owned and operated, this Ben & Jerry’s location is first class all the way. Jeff and his team are passionate about taking care of their customers and everyone feels right at home. You’ve got to try the fresh-baked waffle cones—even though the ice cream is the star of the show.
Giving 5 stars because the girl serving the ice cream was awesome. The ice cream also is always good at Ben & Jerry's, but the spoon though. THE SPOON IS DISGUSTING! It's wood, it sticks to your tongue, it gives you splinters and makes every bite taste like your eating wood chips. Whatever Earth loving hippie thought to use these didn't think it through. There are plenty of plant based spoons that are better for the Earth and taste way better. Get it together Ben..... or Jerry. Also figure out how to allow me to tip on my credit or debit card. I have a big problem paying for over priced ice cream and not being able to tip the under paid server. Overall though everything is awesome at the Bluffton Ben & Jerry's. Such a beautiful town and friendly people.
My friend and I stopped by the shop for an ice cream treat. A bit of Vermont right here in SC. Had the best hot fudge sunday on this planet. My friend had a dish of chocolate ice cream. The service was terrific. Service with a smile!
We met the owner, great guy and is a real Bluffton supporter. You really have to stop by and enjoy a little taste of Vermont.
My family and I love this place! Kids enjoy the staff here as they are really kind and helpful to them. I love it as they are respectful and the price is reasonably fair. Good job Ben & Jerry's and God bless.
