I've never been here before and the system is definitely different than I'm used to, but everything was great. I had a BLT, no avocados, fries, and a cookies and cream milkshake. Everything was great. The bread didn't get soggy, even later, when I finished my food. The fries weren't too salty, but just right. And the milkshake was delicious. Everything came out in a timely manner. Alexis was accommodating, patient, hardworking and provided great customer service. A customer was being rude to her for no reason, but she still provided them great service with a smile. It ended up getting busy after I sat down to eat and she was the only one working during lunchtime. She still continued to do her job with a smile. Give this girl a raise!!! πππ Hard workers are rare these days. Harder to find and even harder to keep!!!
Amazing! Spectacular! Best sandwich ive ever had! It was amazing..... The facilities were clean. The services was excellent. The oreo shake was also the best ive ever had! Me and my husband picked this place at random. We were on a road trip and had never heard of it before. So thankfull we stopped here. A MUST TRY!!!
It's difficult getting a decent Tuna salad sandwich But this was Very good and stuffed packed with Tuna! I'm hooked.

My bank account was double charged on 12/20/22 due to a "mobile order store system down" circumstance. At the store, I placed my order in person and was told the mobile order would automatically cancel and refund the charge. It didn't. Ugh.
Went by 12/29 to simply get the 2nd sandwich I'd paid for but never received. The store is closed due to oven repair. Okay, it happens.
Went by 12/31, and just one employee was on duty. It's her second day since being hired. She's not empowered to resolve my situation and is frustrated at being alone (never mind the long wait times for customers). I'm not asking for a refund, just that she make the sandwich I paid for on 12/20. She told me to come back a 3rd time when the manager is on duty.
Systems, processes, and employee dispositions could use some attention.
UPDATE: 1/11/23 - My supposed refund is still a no show 7 business days after "we processed a refund for ya."
UPDATE: 1/17/23 - Went by the store today and collected my refund for being double charged. All good.
Eat at Which Wich everyone!
My husband and I went for lunch. He got The Grinder & I got The Cali Club. They were both delicious. You canβt compare any other sandwich places to this one!! The employees were courteous & the service was great. By far the best!!
Best sandwich I've had in about 15 years. Caring happy courteous service. Oreo shake was better than Dairy Queen or Sonic by a gigantic amount! I would hog tie people and drag them there and after one bite they would thank me! By all the gods this food was amazing!
It was so good I forgot to take a picture. I eat subs frequently because there is not enough time at work to get a hot meal. This sub the "Wednesday " was fantastic. Lots of meat and cheese, and realy good bread. Way better than the freaky fast store and 100 times better than Subway. The staff was good and service was fast.
Big Shoutout to the staff over at Which Wich today for supplying lunch and cold waters for me and my guys as we were working in the back of the building all day today!!!! Super friendly people and a great sandwich!!!!

I love this place. There is a girl who works there who works the place by herself sometimes and is awesome. I told her I was going to give her a 5 star review and I am! She is the best. I love this Which Wich. I drive over an hour and a half just to eat here. The sales team is nice and accommodating. And the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.
You'll feel right at home when you walk in the store as the staff greets and welcomes you with a smile. Very clean shop and great overall atmosphere. The spinach wrap is awesome; would definitely go back.
