The food and service is really good. Pizza tastes like what I use to eat in Long Island. Plus the young blond waitress makes the best Long Island Tea I have ever had! Sorry that I don’t remember her name, but she has been working at the Buckwalter location since they opened. She took a picture of me and my friend last week when we had lunch there. I recommend New York Pizza. Miriam T.

Staff was attentive and nice. I had to wait a little bit for my takeout and they kept me updated and kept checking on it. Turns out I had to wait for the slices because they made a fresh pizza. It tasted phenomenal!

As a transplanted Northerner who had the blessing to experience NYC food most of my life this is the best place to go! Love this pizza!! Sauce is homemade and the pizza dough has perfect taste and texture if you’re searching for that New York Italian experience. Super friendly and competent staff no matter the time of day!

We have been loyal NY City Pizza customers for many years. My only suggestion is pricing should be reviewed. I realize Inflation plays a role but the costs seem to have skyrocketed. We are now utilizing the take-out les frequently. Seems like the portions have also been curtailed some. We just do not call as often because of the cost.

This is my go to pizza, I love how when I pick it up for delivery they show me the bottom...It means they really care... I did not notice the time when I called to place an order last week at 8:56 pm, and they were still happy to serve even though they closed at 9. BTW if your hungry for a meatball parm...there's is the best...I do recommend eating it there though.

TAKE AWAY was better than good on a hectic holiday weekend (Independence Day). Service was polite and professional, and the pie toppings were high quality and flavorful.

Great pizza but I was so cold in the store the evening we went. Fans going full blast—it was uncomfortable.

This is one of my favorite restaurants on the coast. I like how the staff prioritizes quality over speed, which distinguishes them from fast food chains. The care they put into the food is evident in the taste, which is one of the reasons I keep returning. I hope they continue to uphold their high standards and do great work!

A fresh veggie calzone big enough for 3 meals! Friendly, positive, clean, ... lunch specials and variety. Will certainly return. :-)

Being a Brooklyn girl living in the heart of Dixie, it's been a real challenge to find decent pizza (among other comfort foods!) NYCP is, by FAR, the best pizza and Italian food in the low country. They definitely know how to prepare and cook New York Italian food! The sauce is not too tangy, not too sweet (as most southern pizza is -gross!-) and it's obvious they take great pride in their New York heritage 😊 The regular round pie is as close as you will get to Brooklyn pizza down here. Trust me, I've tried MANY! We drive 45 minutes there and back just for pizza! Also of note: their arancini (rice balls) are ON POINT, as are the zucchini sticks, veal parm, and eggplant rollatini. The salad with house dressing is also DELISH! I highly recommend NYCP! We go to the Bluffton location, but I've heard they are all equally wonderful.

Awesome Pizza! I didn't get a picture because we ate it so fast! Wings were fresh and crispy, salad and ranch were delicious.
