This is my favorite Wendy's. I go out of my way for breakfast or lunch. The one that is closer to me is like 3 star at best. This one is much better, the staff is usually always friendly, best breakfast, place is clean. I don't know why anyone would eat McDs or BKs breakfast yeck. The lunch at this location is really good too. Highly recommend.

Depends on which store and who's working! The food is what it is. Customers still deserve a least consistent service no matter what they're out of! I know staffing is hard, but show you're happy to be working! And never run out of chocolate frosty's! If if you're out let someone know before waiting in line for 15 minutes and then tell them. Food is always good and made right.

I get my breakfast here. They are always very nice. One thing I can say is that the frostychino is gross. But, that is on Wendy's.. not the service of this particular establishment.
I kinda like seeing all the Sun City crowd go through the drive through on their gold carts. It reminds me to stop and smell the flowers. It also reminds me that I live in a really beautiful area and that there are worse places to have to live/work !

It's a Wendys, This specific Wendys the food is always fresh and hot. The staff is friendly and helpful. We usually eat there about once a month.

I really appreciated the customer service provided by Ms. Wanda. She was helpful, efficient, and fast:). It’s so hard to find individuals that take pride in the service they provide, so this experience was a breath of fresh air!

Michayla was so sweet and nice helped me with my order. She was working hard and helped my daughter with an extra straw. She was cleaning the lobby area and paid very close to the details!!! This is our Wendy! Thanks

I ordered food from the Bluffton store, got home and my Chicken sandwich was Rubbery and they gave me a Diet drink.
I called the number and it would ring 1 time it would answer but nobody taking!
So I called this store tryN to get help due to the phone issue, Mrs Wanda answered and helped me out to the FULLEST, I wanted to make this post to acknowledge her kindness and values!

Although a great restaurant experience must include great food, a bad restaurant experience can be achieved through bad service alone. Ideally, service is invisible. You notice it only when something goes wrong however, this post is to recognize Kamoni Inabinet for being an exceptional asset to the company... The service here was really good! I believe my server's name was Amy, but I could be mistaken. This location has breakfast. It's very tasty and fresh.
