Really great experience when we stopped at this Bojangles. We just got back from a trip to Disney. This was definitely a warm welcome to South Carolina. I love it!
Have been here before 6-8 months ago and walked out at breakfast time because no one would wait on me yet plenty of people were cutting up in the back. Decided to give it another try on my way to work and was very happy to see things seem to have improved. Have been back a few more times with same positive views of this place. I walk in, I’m greeted, waited on and served quickly. Food is always good. Glad to see the breakfast ship has been righted because I’m a Bo fan. Thanks
Last week I stopped in to the Bluffton location to grab some dinner for the family. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with a warm welcome and all of the employees were wonderful. I ordered some tenders and the cashier made some other suggestions and I wound up getting the tailgate pack which was awesome and well worth the money! This will be my go to place from now on. I don’t usually encounter that level of excellent service from fast food places but Bojangles exceeded my expectations! Bravo Bojangles!

The food was hot and delicious. However, they need more help!! The employees were working very hard to cook and fill the orders, but it was slow (through no fault of theirs). There were only a couple workers.
the chicken was very tender and moist. liked the cole slaw and fries too. price was good.
the people were much friendlier than at other fast food places. nice clean booths to sit at.

Ordered a box meal via DoorDash and everything was done to perfection!!
Chicken meal was hot and delivered in a well sealed stapled bag.
Condiments also added to the well prepared meal and delivery.
I've only been to this location 2 times. Both were worth the price of admission and more. More comes from the people working there and the fact that they were in a great mood both times I visited and they literally are interested in life(abd it's obvious). They don't just come and your order and say goodbye. PS the food was excellent, exactly as it should've been.
Over the top services! Manager communicates effectively when inventory is low. He tries to accommodate to keep his customers happy and fed! Rockstar business!
They were fast, friendly, efficient and accommodating. The food was also true to the Bojangle's reputation, delicious and satisfying. The employees made us feel so welcomed, like it was really worth getting off of Fording Island Road and getting on to Buckwalter Parkway. We will return.
