The people that worked at 9 p.m on September 20th, carried the entire pizza nation on there back.
I had a pretty bad day, and I called in an order with the robot, honestly the robot kept getting it wrong, but it’s okay because the three workers (one was ginger with light hair, one was very tall, and the other was a friendly guy, I can’t remember what he looks like) made up for that. I showed up, they were very nice, even making jokes which was cool.
But this can’t even surmount to the culinary masterpiece of a pizza that I ate. The perfect circle, with just the right amount of cheese, and extra tomato sauce made for the most delicious, scrumptious meal created in human history.
Thank you Dominos closing staff, I ate good!

The representative who took my order was working it in the back. He was really busting it out. First glance all looks great. Fork what we can see from the front all in the back looks ok. Nothing seems off. Not many people working. The one person who was working his tail off and took my order and another person. That person must had been on break. This person was sitting outside the establishment smoking a cigarette. Yes, you could smell it and you could smell it as you walk down to the Japanese restaurant. Not sure if this person washed their hands once they came back in either. Once they went to the back there was not much I could see. No gloves when preparing the food. However, the gentleman preparing food seems to wash his hands often. Of course no dining tables but there are two chairs and a little edge table. Also a bench for those waiting.
I’ve been coming to this dominos for years and the low rate does not reflect the QUALITY of the food or the QUALITY of the staff. It is excellent. I believe the rate comes from having a short staff. Which can cause many, many issues and leave customers unsatisfied. It’s a problem that I’m sure they are aware about and they are trying their best.
I really enjoyed the pizza here, and the service was quick and friendly. Definitely a turn around from the way it used to be.

Three months ago, after finally having enough negative experiences with this location, I wrote a true, yet rather scathing, review. Since this is one of the very view pizza delivery options available in Bluffton, though, I was still forced to resort to this location. I don't know what changed since my last review, but my past three experiences have been perfect. My orders have been perfectly cooked, exactly as ordered, and arrived in a timely manner. In addition, the delivery drivers have been exceptionally professional and good-spirited. The last three orders were placed during both peak and off-peak times and the quality and service remained just as high. I was thinking it might be a fluke, but these three orders over just as many months have convinced me otherwise. I can gladly state that I now highly recommend this location.
Previous review: Ordered a couple of weeks ago and had to call the store after an hour because the tracker still said it was being prepped; it arrived about 15 minutes later. Just placed an order at noon on Sunday and received a call stating they didn't have any delivery drivers, wouldn't have any for an hour, and wanted to know if I could come pick it up. No.... I couldn't. The pizza's good but I would avoid ordering delivery from this location.
Tonight’s Gentlemen in the phone was externally generous. I asked him what was best to save me the most money for my specific situation. He offered to talk with his manager due to dietary restrictions and they came up with a great deal for my pizzas that was fitting and fair. They helped me out and now I will do the same. I just ordered the pizza not 5 minutes ago. So whoever the guy is answering the phones at this point in time..... Bravo!! You have great manners and cutermer service. I didn’t even ask for him to do what he did. He just cared! Thank you!!
