Kendall was absolutely wonderful to meet and absolutely had her shi together, she made all the drinks with no book and made them right to the tea !! I heavily appreciate your working all alone with such a positive attitude with soo many people to cater to alone!! Props to Kendall she’s a wonderful barista and deserves all the gratitude a customer can give :)
I love our local Starbucks, and their staff is top-notch. Despite always being very busy, employees are very kind, polite, and greet you with a smile. Can't say I'm a big fan of the new remodel, though. I feel like it makes the atmosphere cold and unwelcoming.
On a Saturday morning there should not be one staff member working. To put an employee under that much pressure a company should be ashamed of themselves. I do not care what you have to do to keep staff but you need to do it. Money talks. This poor employee was overworked BUT she was all graceful and happy. Even if something did go wrong I couldn't complain because she was working that counter alone. People are human. I took one star off for the company as a whole not the employee working alone.
It was a bit of a wait, but it was definitely worth it. The lady named Douae was very helpful and kind.
This is one of my favorite Starbucks! The baristas are cheerful and let me experiment with my drinks w/o making me feel like I'm a bother to them. I just wish they stayed open until the Target closed.

Staff was friendly and my coffee was ready faster than I thought it'd be. Can't complain... My visit went well.
We don’t go to Starbucks too often but when we do we enjoy it comfortable nice music and nice people
