A good experience and the order was correct. A simple "you're welcome" would be appreciated when a thank you is expressed. Poor customer service is a problem in most places now, but still a shame to expect rather than be surprised by it.
Their approach has always been to deliver tasty food quickly. Hence the term fast food. People like to complain about the calories, but fast food was never intended to be a complete substitute for an entire diet. If someone is unable to regulate themselves, that is on them! Only minor complaint
It's McDonald's. Everyone here is overworked and underpaid. If you're making a 1 star review because you had to wait too long then congrats. You're a Karen. Dont go to fast food expecting the treatment you get at a fine dining restaurant. They are obviously understaffed. I've never had an issue here

We had a BOGO coupon. Decided to use it yesterday, 7/23/22. Arrived at the restaurant around 11:45 for lunch. Was pleasantly surprised to see that the dining room was pretty full (so many indoor restaurants are closed nowadays.) The lobby and tables were pretty clean. No one was waiting at the count
Food was hot, juicy double quarter pounder, and fresh hot fries. Served quickly. Most McDonald's are not quite as tasty or fast.
