Tygers vs. Angies pizza. Tygers has the best pizza in the world. I ounce had this pizza down in Columbus Ohio it's called Angies pizza it was excellent but tygers pizza passed them easily.
Absolutely love this joint! The menu has the most variety and it's chock full of creative things you'd never think to add to a pizza. The overall taste is the best I've EVER had! The pizza sauce is sweet and unlike anything I've ever tasted before. The service is excellent; friendly, fast, and always greets the regular customers by name. Prices are reasonable and the daily specials give you a bigger bang for your buck! Writing this review makes me want it now!
Excellent!. Discovered this gem about a year ago, while looking for a new place to try after playing & biking around in the nearby state park. Was quite impressed - the decor is cool, the owner / cook likewise, and the food very fresh & good. Only downside is the drinks are just cans, and no restroom - which after being at the park, would be nice to wash up first. But, nonetheless, very good pie. Have gone 1/2 hour out of my way recently just to stop by and pick one up to take home.
Just found this place when searching for local restaurants in Bluffton. Super glad I did. Love the specials being not your ordinary pie toppings. Love the super thin crust and being cut into squares. The staff is amazing and helpful. We got the Tyger Reuben, the Irish baked potato and the Celtic Banger as well as some super tasty garlic bread with sauce. Can't decide which is our favorite as they were all great? Truly a local gem.
This little hole in the wall pizza place was absolutely outstanding! Family owned and operated. Had the meal deal which was a 7" two-topping pizza, garlic bread and a drink for less than $10. The pizza was delicious but the garlic bread was out of this world. No fountain sodas but plenty of canned soda options. Will definitely be back the next time we're in Bluffton!
I’ve lived in a handful of states in my life, including several big cities with the best restaurants, and have only had pizza as good as this at one other pizza place, and that was in California. My favorite thing is adding corn to my pizza! CORN! Who would have thought. I love corn. LOVE it. But never in a million years would I have thought of adding it to my pizza until I saw it as an option here. My life has been changed for the better!
I moved to bluffton from florida and the moment i was done resting from the plane ride, my roommate brought me here. The pizza is amazing and the owner is very friendly. I got a large with ham and pepperoni and its one of the best pizzas ive ever had, and i dont usually like flatbread or hard crusts! Would recommend to anyone driving through or any local who somehow has never stopped by.
Absolutely enjoyed the Tygers Classic Guinness Bread. The sesame seed bread won me over!
We tried the Ashford and the Wexford. Both were equally amazing. My husband is a meat eater so he said next time he'll add the spicy sausage to the Wexford to make it "amazing".
This is not your typical pizza joint. They offer creation and unique options which I enjoy. The staff is wonderful. Worth making the 40 minute drive to try again.
Just passing through Bluffton and saw this place had good reviews. Pizza was excellent, service was great! We will come back whenever we are close.
Food was phenomenal! The staff was awesome! The whole experience was worth going there again!
