I have had lunch and dinner here a lot. Always good food and good service. I had fish nuggets and they were very good. I was full but not stuffed. I love their Harvard beets.
Richard's is not what it used to be. The sausage gravy is much thinner than it used to be. The restaurant itself needs updated. The food was hot, which is good, but the taste was lacking. Will I go here again? Probably not. Sorry, Richard's.
Waitress was very attentive. The potato soup was delicious would recommended it. Food was all good. We would go back again. Have homemade pies and apple dumplings.
Spent over 40 dollars for 2 adults and 2 children. Food had no flavor and salad that I paid extra for to replace one side was terrible lettuce tomatoes cucumber and croutons. It didnt even have cheese
Great place to eat. Smaller portions but always filling. Decently priced.
Country fried steak with mash and gravy. Nice meal, CFS was a little chewy but overall good. Service was great. The Bluffton, IN. Restaurant always the best.
Unless you're old or have memories of this place, I just don't understand why people go to these Richards restaurants. The menus are too expansive for them to execute everything well. The food is average at best, and is sometimes poor. The buildings and furnishings show signs of heavy wear and feel
