Finally after 10 mins of avoiding other cars in this prooly made parking area.
We have made curbside spots taken by 6 hour shoppers.
I mean what's the point.

Just left. Got my food late and they gave me a gift card for waiting so long. Too bad the reason it took so long is because they were putting plastic in my sandwich.

Everytime I come here it gets worse regardless of you do inside, delivery or curbside. Been waiting 30 minutes for a salad, cmon.

I was the first customer in line today( this morning) and I didn't get my order first. It was a simple order , the #1 meal. However , the customer behind me got her order before me and she ordered More food. How was that possible🤔. My food was ready, but because she asked for her food ( her food was not ready by the way) , I waited for my order. So, she got her order and I still waited . Finally , the chick- FIL- a Associate saw me standing there next to her , which I was the whole time, gave Me my order. After the customer mentioned I was skipped. Terrible 😔 customer service here!!!!!

Lines at this Chick-fil-A location, like most Chick-fil-A locations, are generally incredibly long. Management does it’s best moving the line along with employees working down the queue taking orders but with the demand for Chick-fil-A so high, the line is inevitable.
I always order a four piece chicken strip meal with a large fry and a large coke and it consistently comes out hot and delicious! Chick-fil-A’s waffle fries are in contention for some of the best fries anywhere!

Kat was fantastic. I was walking around the food court trying to decide where my couple dollars for a soda was going to go. We recently moved here from Minneapolis and we do not have Chick-fil-A in our malls that I know of. Just standalone brick and mortar stores. I was greeted by Kay with the same enthusiasm that I get in a brick and mortar store. Kat and her crew are awesome. Thanks for the soda

I can’t say enough about how happy I was with having the truck at our party. Angie was outstanding to work with ! She took time to go over the menu and explain the process while making everything appear seamless. The staff on the truck were as efficient and friendly as one would come to see in the restaurants and the truck left a lasting impression on our guests and certainly us with all of that delicious chicken!

Worst service ever since I’ve eaten here in the mall. Most of the people come here because they’re mall employees and they have to go to their shift. There was an order of about 50 or 60 Chick-fil-A sandwiches in some kind of a black case on the counter which they proceeded to fill while they ignored all the orders of the other customers waiting patiently in line. Terrible management and logistics. Save yourself time and go to the vegetarian place and have a falafel
And get this… My sandwich and french fries were ice cold to boot. Steer clear and go to another food place in the mall.
Revised and downgraded to one star because my french fries were disgusting and greasy.

Not the best experience. Been there three times and I always feel like I am bothering them. My order was wrong and they didn't even apologize. I also asked for a cup of water with my order the lady (Emma) rolled her eyes. Never have I ever felt this way from chick fil a. Usually I have the best experience. Definitely not at this location.
