Went for lunch because my wife like Panera.
I tried the Bistro French Onion soup, just fair with only croutons and some cheese bits not the traditional. Also the Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza, too doughy.
My wife got the Pick two, Summer Corn Chowder and Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken. She liked both.
Still not for me.

Quality of food served and staff serving it is drastically eroded. Ordered French onion soup with half barbecued chicken sandwich along with broccoli Mac and cheese. Soup was cold (not even warm) instead of hot. First spoon of Mac and cheez in my grandson’s mouth - his response - Yak!!! He took none after that. Took the soup back to replace with hot, got looks from the staff serving as if I wasn’t supposed to ask for replacement. He brought me the steaming hot (as expected) soup from behind the door that I couldn’t trust anymore and decided not to consume it at all. Horrible experience. Perhaps only this branch as Panera bread has been one of my favorite in the past. Although times are hard, please bring back the good old days of respect and Quality irrespective of cost.

I like to leave a review when you come across someone who enjoys their job like Jonathan and provides an excellent service! This guy is always showing a smile and happy to answer questions and even give recommendations... I came for a coffee and got myself a Panera card and membership because of this guy!

I asked the cashier just to check on an online order that was already over 10mins passed the ready time and he just disregarded my request. My order was sitting already bagged up in the section they made the sandwiches. All he had to do was just ask his coworker if that order was for me. A simple request that only took 2 seconds. And the fact that I even waited in line to ask, made it even worse.

My family and I were very disappointed in our experience. We walked in and waited in line for 10 mins before they actually acknowledged us. They were taking their time with other tasks. When we got our food they forgot to add my brother’s mac n cheese when he explicitly said to the cashier he wanted one. Also, our food didn’t taste the greatest and our bread was a little stale. Worst panera ever!!

Panera's quality of customer service has significantly eroded through the pandemic.
You can tell by the staff interactions with customers. I presume the staff shortages left them with staff that were less courteous and anti-social mask adherent sort who hid behind the anti-social quality the mask provided.

There is no screen for ordering yourself and this is very annoying, because when one cashier works and there are a lot of customers, you have to wait a long time for your turn. I would like the screens for ordering to appear in this place too.
