Just came from this establishment and I can’t believe what they gave me for my money’s worth. Ordered two 1/4 chicken and literally received bones. No meat whatsoever. Very disappointed. Extremely small portions and the boiled yuca was more like mashed potatoes.

omg imagine driving 30 mins just to find pollo tropical did me dirty like that 😫 did drive thru and came home to find this....absolutely disgusting, charred to a crisp, sooo gross 😭 couldn’t even eat it, waste of money and i’m still hungry :/
