The is definitely fresh when but when it all comes down to. I tried to order meatloaf and I have to wait 25 minutes I don't think they know how to make extra meatloaf and put it in a nice warmer warm it up meaning just slightly enough for heat so when customers come in they have it available. One
The manager here is really rude and also not sanitary. I typically love Boston Market and was excited to eat there today. But I watched the manager touch the computer and several other unsanitized items then touch the chicken. I was extremely disgusted.
I have not eaten in Boston Market in years the last few times that I had gone the food was awful. I was with a friend and she said that she was at this particular Boston Market in the food was really good and she's right I guess they change the recipe back to the beginning when they first opened it

The prime rib I had was EXTREMELY salty 😣 Have to remind them about the jus & horseradish which should automatically go with it. The mac & cheese & rice were OK. The roasted chicken tasted better

I got to say that this Boston Market surprise me in taste. And they were very cool about allowing me to use my own canteen instead of their disposable cup for the fountain drink.
