I stayed at Palmetto Place for five months before I purchased there, and its been a game changer for me--Palmetto Place is Pure Perfection!
It's a luxury, white-glove building like no other. I lived in high-end condos from Beverly Hills to New York City, and Palmetto outshines anywhere else.
The first thing I noticed about Palmetto Place is the management and the Board's attention to detail. The building, pool, hallways and everywhere else are kept pristine. There's always someone cleaning, vacuuming and keeping the property up to standards of a Five star Diamond hotel like the Four Seasons (which is where I stay).
Next, there is a wonderful sense of community here, thanks to the Board and management once again. They actually provide gifts of chocolates and cakes for the residents and staff during Christmas and their birthdays. I have never seen such friendliness and warmth at any condo in my life.
Indeed, Palmetto Place management and the Board understands that condo living means community and they treat you like family!
Finally, the pool and community room are serene! Of all the high-end condos I've lived at, this one beats them all. The landscaping and pool furniture is top-notch, and their attention to detail includes just the right volume of calming music playing in the background at the pool.
As for Leianne the manager--there are no words to describe how hard she works to keep Palmetto Place pristine and friendly.

I was excited to find this place and and liked it enough to put a deposit down. I filled out the application and paid $150 application fee and $300 deposit which I was told by Lauren was fully refundable if I cancelled within 3 days. Because of health reasons and upcoming surgery I decided to cancel and reapply when I recovered from my operation. I applied on Sunday and called to cancel on Tuesday. Lauren was not in the office. I spoke to Erica who informed me that I was not eligible to get my $150 fee back because “they already ran my credit” and the $300 was going to have to be mailed to me. She told me they could not reverse the charge. I felt this was unreasonable and inconvenient. I have waited patiently for over 3 weeks and I still do not have my refund. I called and emailed and got blown off. When I finally reached Erica on September 17 she told me the check was mailed out on September 9. I asked her to follow up with me after she spoke to corporate but she never did. It is now September 20th and I still do not have my check.
I would never consider living there at this point based on this experience. I will continue to pursue my refund and will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is not an ethical way to do business.

I would not recommend living in this building. The management is crazy. They deactivated one couple's elevator key for not wearing a mask one day. They literally inprizoned the couple for 2 weeks in their apartment.
I am not defending the couple but the management people are control freaks!
If you have any problems, good luck to hear anything from the management. They never reply any email.

Almost moved in here. Great location, nice pool, and they have an indoor basketball court. Big problem though.. You can not BBQ anywhere on the property. They do not have a community BBQ by the pool and you can not BBQ on the terrace. That is really annoying from south FL and should be addressed. Would move there in a heartbeat if they make that rule change.

Very poorly managed. The property manager Leiann Dodd is unprofessional and so is her entire staff. You do not want to spend $500k+ on a property in here. You will deeply regret it. Find somewhere else. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY!!!

Be careful who you rent from ... ask !! Worst place to live! Management horrid, landlord Nitemare, Board misrepresents info to Realtors... inquire if you need more info....concierge lazy...maintenance not allowed to help in units.... few staff members are a tually helpful... valet is great ! Everyone selling for a reason nec of management!

Beautiful apartment complex. I would give them five stars but the management office is completely rude and mediocre. The manager Leanne Dodd is an incompetent individual who doesn’t do her job well. I have no idea how such a useless individual would get a management job. They need to change their management staff ASAP. If you are looking for them to help you with anything forget about it.
