Po Po Restaurant - Boerne - Photo album

A lot of research has gone into finding the best ingredients this great country has to offer. I was taught that the guests and their health are the first priority in a restaurant. Because of that PoPo has always went local. We fry in cottonseed oil which is expensive but healthier than anything else
Firstly, service was great... Tammy was the only server working but she didn't miss a beat! The last time we were in for dinner we commented on how good the biscuits would be with sausage gravy (we're biscuits and gravy connoisseurs). When I saw they were serving breakfast I knew we had to come... b
Great atmosphere, great waitstaff. I had fried chicken leg and thigh that was crispy on outside but chicken was pretty tough. The sides I had were delicious...mashed potatoes and a corn mixture. I also had their blackberry cooler with ice cream that was scrumptious.
Good country kitchen food and a great atmosphere! The staff is friendly and welcoming. I think we found a spot!
Friendly. Good service and home cooking. Good little accidental find. Just needed to walk our dog and happened upon this place.
We had fried mushrooms, alligator po boy, and meatloaf. Good old-fashioned country cooking at its best. Food, staff & service were all excellent. We’ll be back.
Chicken inedible. Onion rings cold. " Mini-minnow" fish filets. Both ounces of coleslaw were good. Rookie cook. New York City prices for Rhode Island sized portions served with sides of Texas sized disappointments. They comped the water. Six patrons dining at the time. Caveat Emptor.
Food ok in general, but food was not hot and some seemed under cooked. Place is nice, and I do recommend trying it out. Little pricey so be prepared to spend some money
